Great aagen prunes. Will buy again.

This company is lying to its customers, a lot of the items on the site shown to be 'in stock', are not actually in stock; after you place an order they take your money and contact you last minute to tell you that the items you ordered are not actually in stock and that the delivery will be delayed until they can get them from their suppliers...

Quality is always great and staff are really friendly on collection. Prices are better than most other french import supermarkets around. Ordered many times and never had an issue. Just wish they did occasional discount codes or were based nearer me. Keep up the great work guys!

A bit pricey but overall when you're craving some French product well French Click is there...!

Got my order slightly wrong but gave an instant refund, shame as I was really looking forward to my provencal sauce and got bolognaise instead! Better luck next time.

The driver was friendly and on time. A couple of days prior to the delivery day, I received a refund which was for a non-available item.

From the online ordering to the delivery the whole process was very easy to complete.
I will be ordering again.

Their customer service is incredibly bad. The first order they send never reached destination and I had o call the courier to understand what happened. I asked for a new delivery and they managed to mess up the delivery another time… honestly shop somewhere else if you ever want to get your shop.

Four times in a row there were problems with the delivery and they do not inform people either of delays or totally changing a delivery from morning to an afternoon slot. On several occasions I found out at the time of delivery that my items were not included items I’d needed that evening! They do not answer their phone and generally lack courtesy. They tend to forget who the customer is and treat them disdain. Such a shame as the products are good and authentic. We need another French distributor that’s more professional.

My order was two days late which is why I deducted one star. However, the delay was actually down to DHL not coping with high demand after Black Friday. French click were quick to respond to my queries and to chase the missing order. When it did arrive it was well packaged and all items in good condition. French click have now refunded my postage costs, so alls well.

Selles-surcher was spot on and the packaging was also first class

It's so good to be able to buy our French goodies whilst in the UK. The prices are reasonable. My parcel came very well paced, cold goods came wrapped in a cold gel pack, even the shower gels were seperatly wrapped with tape around the top to prevent leakages. Only one item was unavailable, and Frenchclick made a PayPal refund to the full value. Will definitely shop with them again.

Never ever use this company ,they are a complete joke .
Paid for delivery on 2/12 no show after spending whole day in house .E mailed at 4.30pm to confirm delivery still happening,not even the courtesy of a reply .E mailed again at 9pm to advise delivery was a no show and request a full refund .Still no reply to that e mail .Called am today waited 15 mins then answered and said unable to track the order with courier .No apology just said ok will give refund .Have requested e mail to confirm refund and will see if recieved .Pathetic customer service no response to e mails ,judge for yourselves if you think this a professional way to run a company and customer service .
Further to your reply ,you conveniently do not mention why you did to respond to 2 e mails ,that is what customer service is about .Taking responsibility for your own failure and not blaming the courier company .

Excellent products. Timely deliver.

Products arrived as described and well packaged. Coffee mousse actually tasted like coffee, and the flours are perfect for making tasty bread.

I have now placed two orders and both arrived bang on time, well packed and in very good condition. Items have long BBE dates and they do some lovely treats that aren't available here. Really good company

Faultless service - I made quite an unusual order (5x Marie Quiche Lorraine) with a specified delivery date of 10 days later. I was worried that the stock levels or the long lead time would cause issue, but the products arrived on time just as requested. When I emailed the day before expected delivery to confirm dispatch, I received a prompt and polite reply. Would definitely recommend, and will use again!

Excellent service, in these difficult times, it's good to know that I can order my French 'must haves'.

Speed delivery and items well packed. I've tried the T55 flour and liked the results, yet to try the brioche mix. A friend recommended me to visit. A must for Francophiles!
