Not a happy customer
Your rep asked tractor serial number and model along with alternator part number which provided then they wanted a picture of the tractor serial number plate on the tractor sense I received the wrong alternator in the first place I requested a refund was told tire company was sending a replacement alternator an I should keep the wrong alternator if that would make me happy IReturned that email and said that would be fine with me then your company wanted pictures of the wrong alternator and original package this has been the a terrible experience all I want is the correct alternator or my money returned thank very much you have my information the rest is up to you

If I could give this company negative…
If I could give this company negative stars I would!!! Firstly, the delivery address was incorrect! I screenshot the correct address before submitting. Secondly, called dozens of times to locate order to no prevail. Thirdly, customer service is void! I was told that I need to talk to someone in China to get my package delivered and that could take anywhere from 12-24 hrs. Mind you, it has already been 3 days that have passed. The delivery system they use is GOFO. Buyers beware!!!! If you are lucky to receive your item correctly and on time…. You truly got lucky..
