This is a review concerning a PA that is in Dr Madiha Ghayas
office PA Gnugen I believe that's how it's spelled.
I have been a patient of Dr Ghayas for many years now and never encountered a problem until the last year not with Dr Ghayas, but with her PA Gnu which is what they call her.
I am 75 years old and suffer from anxiety which is what this clinic treats in addition to other disorders. I obtain my medication from them and never had a problem until recently. In addition to anxiety I also have spinal stenosis and COPD. I have difficulty getting around and requires wheelchair or scooter assistance which is why doctor Ghayas extended my business to 6 months instead of the four that some had people have I wasn't going to report her before because I let it slide she got she was she's not a professional she does not acted a professional manner and does certainly does not appreciate the fact that I have anxiety and that things that she says and does only aggravates my anxiety. As an example the last time I was in there was the end of February. And she's insisting on scheduling me for 4 months I agree to five months and in addition to that did find out it finally calling me in some medication she said she wants she did once but the pharmacy I checked with Walgreens twice and they had not received any prescription since October 2025 she claimed she did so they have no reason to lie they're in business to make money at Walgreens. When I called her on it she said she was going to I told her about the difference with Dr Ghayas letting me have 6 months appointments and she said well four months said no five I thought it would give her one month now she wasn't happy with that when she called the pharmacy she only called in 3 months prescription for me. To me that is meanness and some of the other clients are there as it goes in there for these types of disorders need to be aware doctor Gaius is fine but this doctor knew she needs to go she has no compassion for her people she wants to tell you try to tell you how to live your life I'm 75 years old I don't need anybody to tell me my doctor guys I can talk to she's nice she understands she asked me if I have any problems I wanted to discuss that's fine she doesn't criticize me about little things about if I want to go if I can go to a casino once a year you know I shouldn't go there I can do this or they have the other and that's not her business I'm lucky if I can even get out of this house once a year at all and she wants to begrudge me that anyway I'm saying these things because I want people to be aware of what they're getting into if they're going to deal with her. I realize I would probably be asked to leave this office but not before I let her know them know what what type of tactics she does with older people and warning you in advance stay away.
To those that are still there good luck and don't let Gnu stomp on you either, I let it go for long enough be stepping up.
