Soit disant c est livré, mais je n’ai rien. J ai un numero de suivis mais aucun equivalent via la poste france.

Etrangement, 3 jours après ma commande ma carte a subi une tentative de fraud …

Je suis persuadée que c est lié d autant que plus personne ne me repond ! Ne commandez surtout pas

Tragiczna jakoś. Poduszka za połowę ceny trzyma sie dłużej niż to co ta firma oferuje.
Jestem bardzo zawiedziona jak słabo wykonane są poduszki i to za jaką cenę. Nie warto tracić czas na tą firmę i produkt.

Je ne recommande pas ce site. Je commande mi novembre pour le noel de ma fille un tipi. N'ayant pas de nouvelles début décembre je contacte à plusieurs reprises le service client. Personne ne me répond ni par mail, téléphone, facebook. Mi décembre je recois un mail de nulle part m'informant que ma commande est prête a partir mais que la couleur du tipi commandée n'était plus disponible. On m'impose donc une nouvelle couleur (gris). J'ai refusé le colis et je suis dans l'attente du remboursement.

I bought a Teepee in September, all I have is "Order Processing" in the notifications - the Teepee I wanted was no longer available on its own as I had emailed to ask about it and I got a response then but it was on their website with the floor mat so I bought it - which I did find strange, should have known then.

Since then, I have emailed countless times and even phoned from the UK but no response.

This is appalling customer service, I have to say I had ordered previously, yes, delivery took a bit longer but I received my items and I had no cause for concern but this latest order experience, is shocking & I have held back from reviewing but it's now beyond a joke & don't want anyone else out of pocket.

I ordered a tent cushion on 20 September 2025, and it still hasn't arrived. I've chased by email and rung but had no response at all. I spent over £40 and have no cushion. I now have to look elsewhere. The company should offer updates to customers and respond to contacts about items purchased but not delivered.

Ich habe ein Zelt bestellt. Nach vier Wochen wurde auf meine Nachfrage geantwortet, dass es die Farbe des Zeltes nicht mehr gebe, ich könne mir eine andere auswählen.
Da ich dies nicht wollte, bat ich um Rückerstattung des Kaufpreises. Das ist NICHT erfolgt, auf meine mails wird nicht geantwortet.

Really bad quality of the products. Pillow for this amount of money is already not good to sleep on. I have emailed them but not a single response back. Stuff is very expensive for the quality and service. I would not recommend wasting your money.
I have bought the pillow off amazon for half of the price and it is so much better that this.

Ich habe ein Tipi Zelt mit Kissen und eine wimpelkette bestellt -bis heute ist leider nur das Zelt angekommen, auf Rückfragen per Mail habe ich keine Antwort bekommen . Ich bin wirklich enttäuscht, zumal die Kissen und die wimpelkette bereits bezahlt sind .

Keine Lieferprobleme, die Sachen entsprechen der Beschreibung und haben in Qualität die Erwartung übertroffen. :)

Pościel dla starszaka jest idealnym rozmiarem dla 3,5 latka i jeszcze nam posłuży długo. Materiał jest mięciutki , delikatny a przede wszystkim nic się z nim nie dzieje po praniu . Z tą pościelą właśnie zadziała się magia bo mój synek zdecydowanie szybciej usypia i śpi spokojniej 🤍 jej delikatność otula Kajtusia każdego wieczoru i daje poczucie bezpieczeństwa podczas snu ♥️
Polecamy z całego serca bo takie cuda na prawdę warto polecać !

Pościel dla córki okazała się strzałem w 10! Rewelacyjna jakość, mięciutki materiał pod którym aż chce się spać. Dodatkowym plusem są piękne printy.
Zdecydowanie polecam! ☺️

Unfortunately I will not be buying from this company again and would not recommend to others.

The fabric, colour and detail of the gold dots for the canopy are lovely and dainty. This is ruined by the brown logo being placed in an odd area. I get that brands want to have their logo on display, but consideration for placement would have elevated this product, instead of ruining it. The logo from afar looks like a big mark and it's jarring.

It is also disappointing how the canopy and floor mat are not a good fit for each other. Even when the canopy is opened up and the front propped open with toys or cushions, the floor mat is still way too big.

quality control seemed to be on holiday I think with my canopy, as there was alot of threads that have needed cutting, pieces of thread were loose on the canopy when opened and the above issues, means I will not be buying anymore items from here and will go back to the company I normally buy these from.

The fabric is lovely and the colour is true to the colours shared in the advert and customer service have responded to complaint privately in a polite manner (though I do wonder if they reflect on poor feedback to improve their product or if they just focus on the happy photos and ignore the people who aren't satisfied)

I appreciate not everyone would be bothered by having brown square logos in eye view, in odd places on the canopy, or that you have to do some trimming once it's up, however for the money I'd expect more and am really disappointed and sad with this order.

Tipi conforme à mes attentes et à la description . Matériaux de bonne qualité, toile solide, très bel aspect général... Livraison parfaite.

Die Lieferzeit war in Ordnung, auch wenn es trotzdem keinerlei Hochsaison war etwa doppelt so lange wie angekündigt gedauert hat. Die Produkte sind auch schön nur leider mMn von ziemlich schlechter Qualität. Und die Webseite wirbt mMn so als ob es sich um hochwertige Handmade-Produkte handeln würde&die Preise lassen ja auch darauf schließen/ hoffen...

Ich habe -wie wahrscheinlich viele junge Eltern- schon einige Produkte aus Musselin gehabt... Kleidung, Decken, Spucktücher, Plüschtiere, Schmusetücher und mMn nicht Mal die billigste Kick Produkte haben eine so schlechte Qualität. Der Stoff ist so dünn, als würde es sich um ein Einwegprodukt wie bspw eine einlagige Gaze für Wunden handeln.Unsere Musselindecke ist 10 Lagig... Die Nähte wirken nicht gut verarbeitet & der Saum wo der Plastik-Schlauch reingesteckt wird ist nicht gut verarbeitet und zu eng. Der Plastik-Schlauch ist scharfkantig sodass fast der Saum beim Hineinschieben kaputt gerissen wäre. Als Deko-Baldachin der nicht (auch nicht als Zelt) bespielt wird -was sich für ein Produkt was für Kinder beworben wird als schier unmöglich erweist- mag das noch in Ordnung sein, aber als Kissen das bespielt, gekuschelt, beschlafen oder oÄ eben nicht... Der Stoff riecht ziemlich Streng. Muss gewaschen werden auch wenn man Angst hat dass er keinen Waschgang überlebt... Kein Ökotex-Siegel was in der Regel auch jeder Discounter hat...

Die Lieferung folgte schnell und komplikationslos. Der Kundenkontakt war zuvorkommend und freundlich.
Das Produkt ist wie beschrieben und sieht genauso aus.
