Good customer service in showroom realistic delivery time Delivered with care and very happy with product

I would like to thank Mark and Mason for their great help on delivering and setting up the sofa and bed in our home. They were very professional and went the extra mile to deliver exceptional service.

Good stock availability, lots of help available in store and excellent prices

First of all, very smooth and seamless process from ordering to delivery. I want to specially thank Billy who saw my delivery all the way to finish. He’s outstanding. Mark and Ryan put up my furnitures and I have never met a duo like these 2. They understand each other and know what to do, when to do, how to do it. Love my furnitures and it makes me happy that good people set them up. Promote these guys. They’re the Captains now!

Just what we wanted. Reasonably priced. Excellent delivery and construction service.

Don't reply to your emails. Each store tells you something different when you're all supposed to sell the same things online. One store said we can have a sofa. The other closer to us said we cannot. Rude and make promises that they can't keep. Offering discounts on sofas that they don't even have. Staff dont liaise with eachother enough clearly.

Amazing Service. Billy who I placed the order through was delightful. Delivery was very quick and a good time to suit. The despatch team who also assembled the bed with mattress were very friendly, helpful and respected the property. I had a small issue the following week which was immediately addressed. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received and would definitely recommend 😊

It was easy to place my order and even when I needed some clarification, I booked a phone appointment and the staff I spoke with was quite patient with explanations and responded to my enquiries satisfactorily. I have used the mattress for a month now and I have no complaints. Still okay and a good buy.

Had a mattress delivered yesterday from Furniture Outlet. Brilliant service, came on time and taken upstairs to the bedroom of choice. 2 very polite men. The mattress is amazing, what a difference a good night’s sleep makes!! Would definitely recommend.

Ordered some dining chairs which were exactly what I was looking for. I was kept updated with the delivery date and the day prior, I received a 3-hour time slot. The delivery personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Would have no hesitation in recommending this company for your purchases.

Fantastically efficient delivery and polite service. The delivery men noticed a small tear in the fabric of the ottoman on delivery. They notified us straightaway and a replacement was organised and delivered within a couple of days. This delivery was equally as quick and pleasant.
