Jason Body was excellent. Professional and explained everything really well ..

Our sales consultant, Matthew Seymour, was excellent. He was very knowledgable and gave us good advice. He was the ultimate professional, not a pushy salesman, he was friendly and very patient. We have just moved into a new house and Matthew looked at the floor plan and suggested ways in which we could plan the furniture layout which was immensely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and he, and his colleague, provided coffee and cookies which was very welcome. We would have no hesitation in recommending Furniture Village the whole experience was a delight and Matthew, in particular, is a credit to the company.

Sian Lewis was so personable, made our browsing with potential to buy experience great. No off putting hard sell just enthusiasm to get us what we wanted & need. Five star service. Katherine & Steve

The lady that served us in the store that day was very helpful polite and a credit to your company. Although we had decided pretty much on the dining set that we were having she took the time to speak to us and provide refreshments whilst we were finalising things. Excellent customer service, we are just waiting on the delivery now.

From the minute we walked into the store we was greeted from Jason body he asked what we looking for we told him a two seater sofa he was so efficient it was deal done the service was so good we'll done

Furniture Village, Crawley....have been amazingly professional and extremely empathetic. Simone, in particular, has been an absolutely star 🌟. Helped me with a difficult scenario and made it seamlessly effortless.

We met Sian who was very polite, kind & knowledgeable with our purchase of dining table & chairs. Every time we have visited Furniture Village staff have been very helpful.

After spending 3k on an L-shape and having multiple issues, waiting 3 months for a technician to come out after my daughter cut her hand on staples they refused to exchange. Now awaiting another technician with no progress or acknowledgement in their wrong doing. Have spent 10’s of thousands with this company over the years and will never set foot in there again. Shambles. Minus 10 stars

Superb after sales service using live chat (Abbey)

Andrew was very helpful and informative when I purchased my new sofa.

We ordered a lovely sofa & was told all the relevant paper work had been signed & everything was in order. The next contact would be to arrange delivery when it was ready. 3 months later I get a phone call to arrange delivery. The sofa gets delivered & all is well. Until we get repeated phone calls, emails and voicemails telling me that the finance on the sofa wasn’t in place & hadn’t been signed. I was away on holiday so could do nothing about it as I had to go into the store to sign. It wasn’t very nice to hear about debt collectors coming round if we didn’t come into sign. We were unaware this hadn’t been done & why deliver the sofa if it hadn’t? When back from holiday we had to make another trip to the store that isn’t very local to digitally sign the paperwork. Would have been much better if they could have emailed this to me to save the extra journey. Didn’t get much of an apology or anything for our inconvenience. Sadly as much as I love the sofa I won’t be recommending Furniture Village due to how this was all handled. The problem was due to us but were made to feel that way.

Dean was absolutely amazing. No pressure, great advice and made buying a sofa stress free.

Bed was delivered couldn't fit the head board as there where no Fixings one of the drawers you could see the floor through as the base was not fitted correctly and one you could hardly open been waiting 3 weeks so far to be sorted out not impressed
