I had an absolutely fantastic experience and Liam truly deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in he was incredibly professional, patient and genuinely attentive. He took the time to really listen to what I needed rather than trying to push a sale, which made the whole experience relaxed and enjoyable.
His advice was thoughtful, knowledgeable and clearly focused on helping me make the right choice for my space. Liam went above and beyond to ensure everything was right and that I felt confident in my decision.
Customer service like this is rare and it made a huge difference. Liam is a real credit to the company and I hope his managers see this review because he absolutely deserves recognition for the excellent service he provides.

Received a warm welcome shown around the showroom explained what we were looking for and John explained all the option was very helpful. Easy to place order and do a deposit gave us a number for someone to take the old one away. Excellent and would recommend to anyone looking for a new suite.

Good service in the showroom. The salesman was helpful without pressuring.
The only reason I've put 4 star is the delivery date is a whole day. I'll only find whether it's morning or afternoon the evening before.

I have ordered a new bed with a 7 day delivery on the 1st March now the 9 th March I have not heard a word regarding delivery

Great experience and very helpful staff

It was good to deal with knowledgeable salesmen.
They were all very helpful without being too pushy, which made a difference - giving me time and space to wander around assessing for myself the merits and demerits of various pieces of furniture. After all, these are major, lasting products and so we need time to think, and feel, before we make the momentous decisions.

John was great - very helpful, friendly and made the whole process very easy.

Really nice smooth process. Staff did not hassle me when choosing and advised me of offers that ended up getting more off the sofa.
Delivery was amazing the 2 guys were exceptional (not lightly used). Friendly, professional and took their time to ensure nothing got knocked, scrapped or damaged. This was the bit I was worried about but they were a dream.
Sofa is fantastic- feels super well made.
I think the staff I had contact with genuinely wanted to give the best customer service.
Lead time was as promised.
Definitely use Furniture Village again.

Liam at the Guildford store was very helpful when we first visited to see what would suit us, so we asked for him when we returned to order. Communication was faultless. Hatim and Taokir delivered efficiently, unpacked and set up the furniture quietly and cleared up packaging brilliantly at the end.
