From the moment I entered the Leeds branch I received exceptional customer service from Sayed (apologies if misspelled!). He was extremely attentive without being pushy, he offered me and my family a hot drink and even gave us extra cookies! This was my first big purchase for my first home and his assistance on the day made the experience extremely enjoyable and stress free. I left the shop wanting to leave a positive review before I even received the text offering me to.
I was also really impressed with the furniture on offer and how incredible the sale prices and discounts were. I look forward to my sofa arriving as I really feel as though I am getting amazing value for money.

I found just what I needed, the sales man Mike was excellent! He answered all my questions patiently and explained the different options that helped me make a decision. Its a really good store with lots of affordable options.

Waseem at the Leeds store was really friendly and helpful, and clearly explained to us the options for delivery time scales and all of the ways we could care for our new sofas. We are really excited to receive our new sofas and the in store experience was great! When I then had a question after getting home, I received a response via phone very quickly.

Aamir was great. He helped us with our decision and very knowledgable and in now way did we feel pushed to buy. Aamir's help and advice helped us to choose a lovely dinning room table and chairs.

It was lovely speaking with Mike at the store . He showed us around the store at available options for our needs . We didn't decide on the day but went back the next day and chose our dream sofa. Mike was very helpful and helped answer our questions and was professional all through .Lovely experience .

Rather disappointing experience.
First of all, it took 16 weeks to have a wardrobe delivered and installed. Contract said 11-13 weeks.
Secondly, it is not the colour we have been showed in the shop. It came as gray. It should have been beige/champagne coloured (Sahara).
Thirdly- quality is not as presented, very loose back that's moving with light touch so my husband had to do some extra fixing.
Overall, for the price we paid (1500 pounds), it is not worth the money.
