The staff & manager very helpful not pushy let us walk around without trying to get us to buy.We looked in shops nearby but returned to you and got the items we came for plus others. Very cheerful staff.

From the moment we went into furniture village store it was nice and friendly Fiona came over and assisted us she was really lovely and kind and so helpful she showed us all the beds that would be good for us and we got a really good one and a new chair I would recommend this shop they don’t rush you and really helpful thank you Fiona

Decided to visit Peterborough branch as wasn't convinced I was being told correct information at Cambridge and it turns out o was right. Bought two sofas that I had been told could be made in bespoke measurements but this wasn't the case. Kwok spent ages making sure that I was given correct information Spent time without hassle or hard sell going through lots of combinations so eventually I was able to choose correct ones for my lounge Friendly and knowledgeable and gave me confidence to buy

The lady I spoke to was very helpful and friendly, and done her upmost towards a satisfactory conclusion

On entering the store we met Fiona, the Sales Person. She was welcoming and friendly and had a lovely attitude.
She was also very helpful.
We now look forward to having our new settee and chair.

A very efficient service today and day before. Both the manager and Graeme went the extra mile to give us opportunity to choose a colour to match our new paintwork. A lovely pine green. An offer on a two seater sofa meant we could purchase the two we needed. Firm and supportive with recliner and an attractive discount. Such a pity the three month wait. Thank you gentlemen for your considered help and support.

I visited Furniture Village searching for a new sofa and wow, what a brilliant experience. I met the branch manager, sales manager and was advised by my sales consultant on materials, styles, makes/models and aftercare. It was how shopping for furniture should be, no pressure and no hard sell, no salesman following you around. If you’re looking for the right team to sell you furniture then look no further, they are definitely worth a visit.

Steven was excellent when we were trying to decide on a sofa , he was very knowledgeable and professional and very helpful and nothing was too much trouble .we looked at other shops and returned to Steven and purchased our new sofa

Great service from the first time walking into the showroom through to placing our order.
Initially when in the showroom, went through various options, in a few different ranges, before deciding on a particular range. Picked the colour we wanted and a quote was prepared for us covering various sized sofas so we could check sizes before ordering. Once we had made our final choice order was quickly placed over the phone. Everyone we dealt with was great, extremely knowledgeable about the products and all the possible alternatives we may want to consider.

We purchased a power reclining set from the Peterborough store. We were very impressed with the welcome and no pressure sales and the depth of knowledge of the products. The purchasing process and delivery time was well explained as was the extra care package. We even had a drink and a cookie.
