Good process through. Sales process was good and delivery was great.

We had a very positive experience at Furniture Village. We ended up buying a set of dining room chairs and a mattress, and Leo was very helpful, patient and informative. We never felt under any pressure and he answered all our questions and helped us make an informed decision.

I have a sofa on order that was due in September then
I was informed there was a delay. My problem is that I have rung several times and emailed but have had no response even though they say they will call back. It seems that once they have your money that's it. Not happy.

Sharon greeted me warmly, went through all mattress options and listened to me. I have back/neck/hip injuries and needed the perfect mattress so I could actually sleep without pain - she found that elusive mattress.

Plenty of choice and Andrew was very helpful and efficient.

We enjoyed our visit to the shop and spoke to Dan who was very helpful. WE decided to buy a G-Plan sofa and two matching chairs. We were kept informed a s to the progress of the orser and it was delivered today by Joe and Paul. They were polite, efficient and hard-working. The chairs and sofa were set up in the correct place and they insured all was well and that we were happy with the order before they left. Well done to everyone.

He even went the extra mile and called me when he realised I had another order with them and suggested I order my items differently to achieve an overall lower price for my order.
