Great experience with Rajesh at the South Ruislip branch

Sales rep assured us they were selling me a standard single mattress 6 ft. However it turned out to be a 6 ft 3 inch mattress even though we had said the mattress looked quite big for our bed and on their system it said 6 ft 3 inch. To which they said it was an error and was actually 6 ft. Now we have an overhanging mattress for our bed.

Terrible customer service bought sofa now collapsing n they don’t want to know

Very disappointed with the service from Furniture Village. Our living room sofa was delivered on 02/05, but parts were missing from the order. It has now been over a month and the issue is still not sorted. Poor customer service and very frustrating experience.

Good quality products and friendly sales team

MIlin Parekh who served us was excellent, nothing was to much problem for him, showed as many options and helped us in making on our purchase of dinning chairs.
We will certainly be visiting the store again and hope MIlin is available to serve us.

Product & assembly was good however it took 2 months rather than the 1 month I was told for the product to arrive and there was no-one keeping us informed of the delays. I was doing all the chasing.

My requirements were VERY specific for a leather sofa suite. Rajesh Reddy welcomed me and worked patiently and diligently to root out what I wanted. And finally we were successful.
Having searched online I was concerned that the ranges I rated would not be available to test in store but I was wrong.
