Furniture Village - Sheffield Reviews 

We recently ordered a bed base and two mattresses from our nearest Furniture Village Store. Everyone we dealt with was friendly and efficient. Wayne in the store was helpful and patient with us while we were deciding on the mattresses. Tina and the girls in the office were friendly and on the ball when arranging the delivery date and payment. Finally the delivery by Simon and Andy was faultless. They arrived on time, had the bed base to build, and nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you all.

A bit disappointed with the sales staff to be honest, I have a first customer discount code but wasn't given the opportunity to use it

We visited Furniture Village after price checking a mattress online against Dreams. We were very impressed by the choice for mattresses but most impressed with the man who helped us (unfortunately I can't remember his name) who was uniquely both extremely helpful and also not pushy at all. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us exactly that. Normally we don't purchase on the spot as we get scared away by pushy salesmen but we felt so convinced by the product and the value, plus the bonus of interest free finance. Thank you so much 😊

The guy who served us was helpful but not pushy, he allowed us space to look round without being a nuisance but was on hand if we needed him

The sales consultant Joe Walker was very helpful and showed us various options and helped us secure a good deal for the items we purchased

Graham didn't hassle us when we were looking he came over to us introduce himself and said if we need any help just ask, when we found dinning tables that we like he explained how they worked and showed us which help us to choose which table to have. We then went on to look at sofas he did the same with these really helpful on both purchases.

The salesman who delt with us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products we were looking at and he gave us plenty of time to think about purchasing the products.

Really good had a good look round ,no pressure,
Jonathan was really polite, easy to talk to ,nothing was too much trouble ,I was in the shop quite a long time ,
But he didn't seem to mind.

There was no hard sell which was good, Wayne was helpful and knowledgeable and the purchase was quick and easy even though we took finance out the process was straight forward and quick.
