Great choice and helpful staff.

Sales assistant was very patient, polite and you had wide range of of products.

The salesman Mezz was very informative and a great asset to the company

Had excellent service today from Kush at the store. He understood exactly what we wanted and was soon able to deal with our order, and as we were returning customers he ensured that we were given a good price. Had visited a nearby store specialising in oak furniture prior to visiting Furniture Village but found the member of staff we saw to be very pushy and did not consider products met our requirements.

Now looking forward to receiving our order and I presume the quality of our purchase will be equal to the service we received today.

Lovely friendly service from Mezz ,showed us lots of different sofas ,didn't pressure us ! Went back and brought our suit after checking it would fit .

I had a great experience due to Amir. He was incredibly helpful from start to finish as he took the time to understand what I was looking for, answered all my questions and gave thoughtful suggestions. Because of Amir, I was able to buy the perfect dining table and chairs.

We had a great service. The process to decide on a particular Sofa took a long time but throughout their representatives were patient and knowledgeable and welcomed us back on every visit. Cush's knowledge about upholstery and the products on offer was second to none. Courteous and professional!

We had a lovely experience in the Shirley store today, we were helped by Khush who was very knowledgable about the sofas and gave us time / space to reach a decision and place our order.

Noticeably different approach to other stores and advice offered had our requirements in mind.

The showroom is calm and pleasant. The staff are all approachable and friendly. The member of staff that served us, Paul Jackson was lovely and extremely friendly, helpful and patient.

We appreciated the collective support and kind customer service from Chris and Scott .They offered what I'd call a traditional sservice that exceeded our expectaions. No pressure whatsoever , just sensible suggestions and ideas. We truly appreciated that. Thank you gentlemen. Of, and Rex the store guard dog was delightful to met too. He was totally non intrusive in the store. Brilliant.

Service was great and the sofas were set up and worked fine. The window given was 7.40-10.40. They arrived at 10:50 so unfortunately I had to attend a medical appointment. The job was completed. I cleared as much as I could but still left limited space (due to limited mobility), which meant a little difficulty for the furniture men, but they constructed and set up very well.

Sales Consultant Paul Jackson was extremely pleasant, helpful, knowledgeable and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble but it was the coffee and cookies that sealed the deal.

Excellent customer service we were not hassled by the salesmen we found what we were looking for and completed paperwork all within half an hour just now waiting for a delivery date

Always a Lovely experience to buy from furniture village. Imran Khushi is always a great support while buying furniture for our new house. He always guides us very well and gets us great deals.

Cush the salesman was great. Explained everything, talked through options. Gave us coffee and made us feel relaxed. Very professional.

We looked st the furniture on line and then went into the shop in solihull.
Good experience in store. So much better than choosing on line. We actually changed our minds in store and ordeted a totally different table and chairs.
