I recently contacted Fuse Lenses regarding an issue with a set of lenses, and Kayla responded very promptly. She was incredibly helpful and facilitated a very smooth exchange process. I have purchased numerous lenses from Fuse and have always been satisfied with their quality, encountering no problems until this instance. However, they resolved the issue with their complimentary one-time replacement service. I would like to extend my gratitude to Kayla for her assistance and to Fuse for their excellent product.

Fuse Lenses are absolutely top-notch! The clarity and sharpness are outstanding—everything looks crisper and brighter without any distortion. The durability is equally impressive; they hold up beautifully against scratches and everyday wear. I also love the range of customization options, making it easy to refresh my favorite frames instead of replacing them.

Customer service was fantastic as well—fast, responsive, and genuinely helpful in making sure I got exactly what I needed. It feels like Fuse really cares about both quality and customer experience.

I ordered from Fuse Lenses a couple of weeks ago. I emailed because there was an issue with my lenses. Not only did they offer a solution, but the response time was fast. I immediately received an email addressing my concerns and letting me know how the issue would be handled and fixed. Kayla was my customer service contact and she was awesome. A great product is one thing, but great customer service is what keeps me coming back. Knowing that I matter as a customer makes me feel much better about shopping with a business. I will definitely be shopping with Fuse Lenses again.

I ordered the wrong lenses and the team took care of it!

I had a broken lens in my Coasta Del Mar glasses, and gave Fuse Lenses a try. I cannot believe how crystal clear the lenses were! I am very impressed and highly recommend these lenses if you ever need some replacements. Shipping was pretty fast as well.

Mistakes can happen with any product, but what matters is how a company handles them and Fuse Lenses handled mine perfectly. I’m very happy with the way they stood behind their product and replaced my lenses through the 1 year warranty. Highly recommend!

Have always gotten quality lenses from here. The free replacement is nice. I have a pair of glasses I love that they haven’t made for a decade and it’s nice to get new lenses!

Had a defective pair of lenses reached out and without hesitation or further explanation they sent me a new pair of lenses for my oakley holbrooks. The fit is perfect the clarity is great even with the small issue I had. I'd definitely recommend any lenses from Fuse to everyone and buy them again myself. Some places with warranties there are always some weird rules, not with Fuse. Sent them an email about my lenses being scratched, within 30 min received notice they are shipping me a replacement set.

I accidentally ordered the wrong lenses. I messaged Fuse and they sent out the correct lenses the next day. They made the whole process quickly and easy. More companies should take note. Amazing customer service. 5 stars!!

I recommend this lense to people with scratched Holbrook Oakeley’s. The quality is as good or better than Oakely. The customer service is quick and polite. The warranties are as advertised and a great deal. Fuse Co. is a no brainer if your Holbrook Oakely frames are still good.
