My lenses got scratched pretty soon after I received them. Most likely my fault. I tend to over clean my lenses and I get swirl marks in them. Messaged Fuse and they sent me a replacement right away even though I messaged them over a holiday weekend. They replace your lenses once just because you bought them. I’d say get the extended warranty as well, because you basically get two replacements for $10. Which seems to be a great deal if you ask me. Great customer service and just a great company all together.

Customer service is A1!! Fuse sunglasses (frames and lenses) are fantastic - good quality and durable. If you do end up having an accident with them, they'll replace them under their (truly) no-questions-asked warranty! I won't buy glasses anywhere else!!

Received quick response about getting my previously purchased fuse lenses replaced since they are scratched from day to day use. No long process in asking for replacement and kept order on file from over a year ago.

They stand by their products and have a great warranty/replacement policy. Communication and action was super fast. Will keep coming back!

Bought a set of lenses a year ago and loved them. Then I dropped my sunglasses and one lense got scratched! Fuse was wonderful in their lifetime warranty, one time replacement at no cost to me. Will definitely purchase again for my other sunglasses!

Best customer service! I ordered custom lenses last year, decided I love their product and wanted to get another pair. I reached out with my past order number to see if I can just order an identical pair of the custom lenses without having to send my Armani frames back to them, and they told me they can just send me a new pair since it was still under warranty! Super happy with my purchase and will definitely order more lenses from them in the future!
