Future Family has honestly been such a grounding part of our IVF journey. This process can feel so emotionally heavy and confusing sometimes, and having people who are actually available, caring, and organized matters more than I can explain.
Christina, our account rep, deserves so much love specifically because she has truly gone above and beyond for us. She’s always available, always kind, always quick to respond, and never makes us feel like just another account. Having someone consistent and genuinely supportive during this process has made a huge difference for our family.

Great Additional Support During IVF
I jumped into the IVF thing knowing only the basics of what to expect. When I was handed a bill I didn’t know about by my fertility clinic and told I needed to figure out how to pay it before I could continue care I was suddenly overwhelmed with unexpected stress. Fortunately, my clinic partners with Future Family and as long as I could show that I was pre-approved for a loan then they’d continue my care. I got partnered up with Jackie, an incredible loan officer who not only patiently walked me through everything, but when things got overwhelming and I missed a deadline for paperwork signatures she answered my emergency message on a weekend and helped me get everything ironed out so that I could continue my IVF journey with less stress on the financial end. The extra fee charged on top of the loan was initially not something I was super thrilled about, of course, but the fact that a loan through FF came with 90-days of having direct contact with a nurse (who has been so responsive and so helpful during the Stim and Retrieval) well, my partner and I consider that fee well worth it for that additional support.

I've been a member for about 3 days and it's been going great! I'm so thankful this exists so our dreams of a family can be realized! Curtis has been incredibly responsive from the very beginning. He has helped us get enrolled, made sure everything was processed immediately, and has been available every step of the way! The best fertility nurse I could have asked for
Going through fertility treatment can be one of the most emotional and overwhelming experiences, and having a nurse like Stephanie Crissie by your side makes all the difference. From the very beginning, she has been incredibly kind, compassionate, patient, and supportive through every step of this journey.
No question or concern ever felt too small, and she always took the time to explain things clearly and make me feel comfortable and reassured. Whether I was feeling anxious, emotional, or just needed guidance, Stephanie was always there with kindness and encouragement.
What truly stands out is how genuinely caring and dedicated I can tell she is to her patients. Fertility journeys can feel lonely at times, but Stephanie has a way of making you feel supported and never alone — whether you’re going through this journey on your own or with a partner. non stop loan calls thanks to future family
After being conditionally approved for a loan we were told would take 24-48 hours to fully approve, we waited an entire week of constantly calling and emailing before being told we were denied. That part is fine - it happens. But since that denial I have been getting automated/AI calls 2-3 times a day from loan companies offering to service our loan. I am beyond irritated that future family sold our information and I cannot get these phone calls to stop. I never gave approval for this and it seems in incredibly poor taste to use people in a vulnerable situation this way.

We want to address both of your concerns directly. Regarding your application: based on the information submitted, your file required a more in-depth, manual underwriting review, a process that takes longer than our standard immediate decisioning. We sincerely apologize that you did not receive timely updates on the status of your account's review. That's not the experience we want for anyone, and we're sorry we were ultimately unable to support you with financing.
Regarding the calls: Future Family does not sell, share, or provide customer data to third-party lenders or any outside organizations. The calls you're describing are not coming from us, and we have no relationship with the companies contacting you. Spam and robocall campaigns targeting people who have recently applied for financial products are unfortunately a widespread problem, and bad actors can obtain contact information through channels entirely outside of our control. We'd encourage you to register with the FTC's National Do Not Call Registry (donotcall.gov) and report the unwanted calls at reportfraud.ftc.gov.
We're sorry your experience didn't reflect the care and transparency every person deserves when navigating this journey. We are always striving to do better, as we aim to help as many people as possible to build the family of their dreams. We wish you all the best in your journey.
Lucky to have Future Family in my support group during IVF
From the initial inquiry form to where I am currently for my first round of IVF, I've been impressed with the team at Future Family. Curtis, my finance coordinator, always picks up the phone and is happy to answer any questions I have. He is one of the reasons I chose Future Family for our fertility loan.
Now that we've moved on to the clinical side, I'm grateful to have Rachel, a dedicated Future Family nurse, who has honestly become a lifeline for me during this emotional stage. She is very quick to respond to text messages and does not make me feel like a number at all. She is incredibly knowledgable, honest and fair with her responses and assessment of any data or concerns.
Overall, with my incredible clinic, the team at Future Family, and our own family and friends, I feel confident that whatever happens, I had the best support group in place as we work toward fulfilling our dream of being parents.

Tiffanie was great. She explained the process in detail and simplified it for us. She made time quickly, and was always very responsive. We ended up not needing the funding through Future Family, and she refunded our membership fee, no questions asked. This was extremely helpful, as going through the IVF process is stressful and expensive. If we ever need to explore lending for similar life events like this in the future, Future Family will be our first contact.
