Simply put, Cam is the goat at this training stuff! Just when I had gained 35 lbs and lost all motivation, I came across Cam in our buildings gym. Initially, I was like “I can do this myself” but when I tell you I was lying to myself! What I needed was someone who knew what they were doing and could also motivate me (I can be lazy) and that’s exactly what Cam did. The most important thing was his motivation was not in a demeaning way like some trainers. He motivates with respect and instills an overall strong mindset in you.

Training with Cam completely changed my life! As a former D1 athlete that had lost their passion for fitness during Covid, Cam helped me get my strength & confidence back. Before I started training with Cam, I was worried that I would never get back into shape. After training consistently for a few short weeks, my body had already started to change! I’ve experienced two sessions with Cam, and each time has been fantastic. He customizes the workout to match the client’s goals, pushing them beyond their perceived limits. The sessions are well-structured, challenging, and Cam maintains a high level of encouragement and energy throughout.
