Ordered a game on a april 17th around 1-2pm order said 2-3 days shipping, called customer service on day 4 because it still said processing, service rep lied to me and said "since you ordered after 7pm Friday that day didn't count towards the 2-3 day shipping" not a big deal it then took another day for the label to be printed at the usps location, then another full day before usps even received the item, it is the 24th and now I have a 2-3 day shipping time...GameStop says the package has been delivered to me but usps still says the package is only about halfway to me...likely will never order online again.....then with the in store location near me I called to have 3 items I rarely use quoted in hopes of swapping to a new platform (switch) and a few games with it, staff said they wouldn't be able to quote me but I'd need to use their online website. Fortunately I'm willing to hold onto my ps5, psvr2 and portal all flawless in box rather than accept the 250 offer they finally gave me for the whole bundle

Gamestop is an absolute joke I paid 150$ for a powerpack. What is got was a PSA 8 1st edition slugma valued at 18$ anyone who sees this DO NOT BUY FROM GAMESTOP they are crooks and will not give you anything close to the value you spend. But I will get even you screwed the wrong
person over.

Gamestop.com sold me 4 counterfeit/fake PSA graded baseball cards for $8,000. They agreed that they were fake/counterfeit and sent fedex return labels to send them back. I sent them all back but they still won't refund one of the fakes for a total of $2200.48. This charge has been on my credit card for almost 3 months so I am being charged interest on this amount. Gamestop refuses to provide a refund. I have gone into the store 10 times over the last 3 months. I have talked to the 800 number at least 20 times and they just tell me they won't refund and then hang up on me. I have opened a BBB case and they simply reply with, call the 800 number for a refund...which they will not provide. I am now going to file a lawsuit against gamestop and they will be responsible for the original amount, interest, court costs and lawyer's fees. I have given them over 3 months to make this right. But they keep choosing to do what is wrong.

Ordered a new PS5 for my son. Upon arrival of the game system, the factory seal was cut open and the product looked like it packaged by 5 year old. All included items were in the box, but obviously had been unwrapped and a very crude attempt at re-wrapping. After contacting the "help desk", which was useless, and after about 3 weeks of emails of unanswered or answered 3 to 5 days after my emails were sent, they were basically no help. So I canceled my pro membership, and will definitely never buy nothing from them again. My son and I have been dealing with gamestop for about 20 years, sure is a shame to see a once was decent company, go down the toilet like they are.

der schuppen ist echt am ende. seit einigen jahren gibt es händler die Refurbished verkaufen und man bekommt sher häufig defekte konsolen, die sie dann nicht wieder zurücknehmen und lieber behauptet du hättest sie kaputt gemacht, schrott verkaufen und victim blaming machen geht halt gar nicht, mene xbox die ich mir von ihnen geholt habe hat einen ganzen tag gehalten und sich an tag eins schon 2 mal aufgehangen, am nächsten tag ging sie gar nicht mehr, nur noch ring of dead, zudem arbeiten dort einige der aroganntesten menschen die ich je erlebt habe, ich hatte in berlin in einem store eine geschlossene flasche wasser aus plastik in der hand, hae den laden betreten und wurde unvermittelter dinge des ladens verwiesen, der verkäufer hat nichtmal gefragt ob ich die flasche eventuell verstauen könnte, ich wurde direkt rausgeschmissen, hab ihn auch drauf angesprochen was das soll und er meinte ist mein laden, sind meine entscheidungen, der laden war in der schönhauser allee, in den dortigen acaden...

Horrible costumer service and delivery service

I had a very frustrating experience at this GameStop location. I purchased Magic trading cards that were displayed behind items labeled $1.99, which made it seem like they were similarly priced. However, when I got to the register, they rang up to $45.

At no point was the correct price clearly displayed where the items were placed, and I was not informed that the purchase was final sale. After realizing the issue, I returned to the store within an hour, but they refused to allow a return or even offer store credit.

Customer service was no help either — they only offered 5,000 points (about $5), which is completely unreasonable for a $45 purchase made under misleading circumstances.

This felt very deceptive and poorly handled. I would not recommend this location unless pricing and return policies are clearly communicated to customers.

Do not order anything from gamestop.they do a shitty job no custumer service it all no responsible or Profesional is a waste of time and money ordering from these ppl.ebay have better offer and fast shipping the playstation store is a good choice I been waiting 2 weeks for a order to arrive, it was literally 3 minutes away from my home and now is 3 days away.

Horrible, the claim the have items in stock that they don’t. They charge you shipping that cost as much as the cheapest item just tot take your money. I wish I would have looked on here first before ordering, but I’ll never order from GameStop again.

Recently purchased an older Xbox360 game and was charged over $50 for a CIB copy. What showed up was a naked disc with a piece of copy paper with the title printed on it. If your gonna advertise a game as being complete, show pictures of it in its case, then don't pull the ol switcheroo when it comes time to ship it to the customer.
I have reached out to them to see if they even care enough to attempt to fix this issue, I'll update my review accordingly. but I will not be ordering anything retro or otherwise from them again. Makes me wish GameCrazy would have won that war.

Ordered a game online. I paid for 1-3 day shipping. It's on the 5th day. Saying it was delivered and got get in contact with anyone. I will never make the mistake of ordering from a company but can't even ship a simple game. Biggest waste of money.

They demanded I put down a pokemon set for scalpers their biggest customer, they also tried taking my dog and said rents did soon we need dinner.

Do not order from this place. I placed a pre-order for a gift. One order for $63.58. What did they do? They billed me 5 times that amount. I called to get my money back. Of course they say they re busy, leave your number and they will call you back and you will keep your space in line. NO CALL BACK! So I called back, pissed of course and explain the situation and, of course all they could say is there was a glitch in the system and I should get my money back in about 48 hours. Damn it, they know the problem, they know they owe me, put the damn money back into my account. I HAVE BILLS TO PAY NOW!!!!! This is my first time ordering from Game Stop and you bet your sweet ass this will be my last.

The employees are always great but the company has turned in to the most expensive outlet to buy from. They have changed their pricing once again on TCG products to exploit parents and people who don’t know any better, they are worse than scalpers. Honestly wish certain distributors would pull their stock for being so blatantly overpriced. Honestly awful, a year ago you were a good store to shop at, had weekly drops, and had good prices. Now? Awful. Don’t buy any TCG from here, additionally games are cheaper online, this store deserves to go out of business for what they are currently doing.

Ordered and paid for a game today that said it was available and when I got there (15 miles away) they said they were holding it for someone else I informed them I already paid for it and was told well we apologize just cancel your order and I know this may not seem like a big deal but having cancer and being exhausted and in pain 24/7 I have found some solace in video games and it’s just not right to have it available on your site and let someone pay for it only to tell them they can not have it this is a flaw in their system and the fact they may apologize but there is no sincerity is just a major let down also when I called the company they were rude and very broken English and would only repeat the same answer every time. Just frustrating and I have had a GameStop membership for years and now won’t do business with them again.

A couple of weeks ago I went to make a purchase on the GameStop website with my GameStop Pro Credit Card. When I clicked make purchase a message came up saying that payment could not be submitted. I logged in to my GameStop Pro Credit Card account and it showed that the purchase went through.
I called customer service and all they did was transfer me to the Purchasing department. When I told them what happened they said it was a problem with the credit card side and not the GameStop website and they suggested I call the Credit Card customer service, which is the department that transferred me in the first place.
I decided to give it some time and it eventually was credited back to my account and I thought, okay cool. I tried to make another purchase this morning and the same thing happened. I called customer service and they did the exact same thing with transferring me and it had the exact same results.
I have cancelled my GameStop Pro account as well as my GameStop Pro Credit Card. I will never purchase with GameStop again.

Went with one star since I can’t give “0” stars. Orders a pro controller online, and it was stated delivered by USPS but they either delivered to the wrong address or the mail carrier saw where the item was coming from and kept it. Either way, I never received. Asked for a refund, and they basically said that it’s not their problem and won’t do anything about it. It has me fuming from the lack of care for their department. At least offer to ship me a new one.

Worked my tail off all year to be able to spend money on a gaming system. I called into the store when my tax return arrived, and asked if they had any PS5 Pro’s in stock, they said yes, they had new, used or refurbished. I told them I would be down in about an hour to purchase one. When I got down there, I was greeted by a younger kid, who seemed to think he was bright enough to pull a fast one on me by bringing me out a damaged, already packaged system, not opening the box or showing it to me(mind you, I spent over $700 dollars, most folks would want to see what they were purchasing. He brought it out from the back, had this dorky grin on his face, and held it out in front of him, like “here it is!” as if I wouldn’t ask to see it out of the package. I felt he was attempting to purposely conceal the fact he was pushing a broken system onto me. I purposely did not ask him to open the box. The older employees were looking over at him nervously, as if they had trained him to push these damaged products to folks, and this was his time to shine. He was so ready to get me out the door that he forgot to mention all the things the console came with. 60 seconds after I made the purchase and stepped away, I poked my head back in the store and noticed he was hoping to be done with the encounter, I said oh hey, by the way man, this come with a controller and hdmi cable? He smirked, and said “yeah, should all be in there!” Got the console home, took it out of the box, first thing I noticed was the hdmi port was off centered, meaning it was broken. I plugged it in, and it works, but if it’s bumped even slightly it has to reconnect and goes black screen. I was going to bring it back the very next day, but didn’t have time or the energy, and instead, figured I’d write a review of the shady practices this location of gamestop has been known for, and is clearly still in the business off. Steer clear of this place, the people are fake, don’t care about real gamers or real people who spend their hard earned money on something that they want to bring them joy. They ruined my experience. My console works, but it’s clearly damaged. I paid for a used, not a refurbished, I guess this means they can charge me $60 dollars less than the full priced brand new one, but pedal me a broken console that will need a new hdmi port($200 repair). Absolute clowns. I’ll be sure to stop by and give them a piece of my mind next time I’m in the neighborhood. If they’re still in business that is. Bad things happen to bad folks, just remember washington square Gamestop. That karma is a comin’

Dont ever pre-order a digital code from this place. They cannot even distribute a digital product on time. Almost 48 hours after the game released still no code just "in process" how pathetic. I imagine distributing digital codes is alot easier than shipping to thousands of stores all over the country but they cannot even do that. Useless company
