Je me suis abonné pour abonnement rakuten viki, mais sur le moment l'abonnement qui m'a était louer n'étais plus actif et sur le moment je pensais que le partage d'abonnement était purement et simplement une arnaque car je n'avais aucunement accès a l'abonnement demandé, j'ai laissé une demande sur le chat et je pensais que je n'aurais aucune nouvelle, mais j'ai reçu un mail qui m'annoncer qu'il fallait que je change mes identifiant de connexion et que tous allait rentrer dans l'ordre et effectivement je n'ai eu aucun problème pour me connecter au service, donc je tiens a féliciter le service après vente qui est rapide et efficace. Je recommande pour les prix et le service client.
