E da anni che utilizzo questo fantastico programma per vedere Netflix ma c'è ne sono tante app per abbonarsi sono molto belle e fatte bene facili.questo programma e facile da utilizzare e fare abbonamenti perché e fatto nella lingua del paese che utilizza .l assistenza e anche buona ti rispondo subito e fanno di tutto per risolvere il problema che si presenta i tramite chat o via imail rispondono quasi subito a me hanno sempre risolto i problemi

Si può anche convertire il proprio abbonamento se si è stufi del app che si utilizza c'è ne sono tante ma tante e impossibile non trovare quello che si cerca e se hai dei problemi di regalo giorni in più di abbonamento

Il servizio è buono l'assistenza pure. Ormai credo sono 2 anni che uso questo servizio ogni volta che c'è stato un problema non dipeso direttamente da loro sono intervenuti risolvendo il problema. Anche questa volta è stato fatto quindi consiglio di affidarvi a loro.

Offrono tantissime opportunità per vari servizi, l assistenza tecnica è sempre presente e riescono a risolvere il problema nel più breve tempo possibile.
Inoltre per scusarsi inviano anche omaggi o giorni extra al tuo abbonamento.

J’utilise Gamsco depuis quelques mois pour centraliser mes abonnements, et franchement ça change la vie. L’app a repéré Spotify, ChatGPT et Canva dès la première synchro bancaire, puis m’a proposé de les classer et d’ajouter les dates de renouvellement. J’ai adoré le tableau clair qui affiche le coût mensuel cumulé et l’estimation annuelle : en un coup d’œil, je vois l’impact réel de ces trois services sur mon budget.

Les alertes sont utiles et pas intrusives. J’ai reçu un rappel 7 jours avant le renouvellement de Spotify, avec un petit “astuce” pour basculer sur une offre annuelle ou une promo famille. Pour ChatGPT, Gamsco m’a signalé la date exacte de refacturation et m’a permis d’ajouter une note (“pro” vs “perso”) pour mieux trier mes dépenses. Côté Canva, l’app m’a prévenu de la fin d’essai et m’a proposé de comparer le plan Pro et l’offre Équipe, ce qui m’a évité un renouvellement par défaut.

J’aime aussi la vision historique : Gamsco détecte les hausses de prix (très pratique pour Spotify) et calcule l’écart sur 12 mois. Les catégories et tags sont simples à gérer, l’export CSV/PDF fait le job pour garder des traces, et la séparation perso/pro est bien pensée quand on jongle avec plusieurs usages.

Il y a encore des pistes d’amélioration : l’onboarding pourrait être un poil plus guidé pour les abonnements payés via Play Store/App Store, la reconnaissance des marchands pourrait mieux gérer certaines variantes (ex. “SPOTIFY*Pxxxxx”), et j’aimerais un widget mobile affichant le total des renouvellements du mois. Un mode “pause” par service, avec rappel pour reprendre, serait top.

Globalement, Gamsco est devenu mon hub d’abonnements. Simple, clair et utile. Pour suivre Spotify, ChatGPT et Canva sans mauvaise surprise, c’est un oui.

Devo dire che il servizio clienti di Gamesgo mi ha davvero sorpreso in positivo! Avevo avuto un piccolo problema con un ordine e mi hanno risposto subito, super gentili e disponibili. Hanno risolto tutto in pochissimo tempo e mi hanno pure tenuto aggiornato passo dopo passo. Si vede che tengono davvero ai clienti e non è una cosa così scontata. Servizio veloce, affidabile e persone davvero in gamba. Consigliatissimi!
