Garage door parts have exceeded all expectations. I ordered parts for my door paying £240, the fitter who I booked in absolutely butchered the garage door and left the door hanging to one side. I contacted garage doors to return a lock which the fitter hadn’t opened. The customer service team responded to ask what had happened, after a few emails and me sharing images, I told them I have been told I need a brand new door. Garage doors said they wanted to help me( I was surprised at how willing they were to support me) they helped me source a reputable fitter, stayed in contact with me over email. A few days later he came out and repaired my door with the parts I had purchased. I cannot recommend this company enough, absolute legends who helped me massively. I would have been £1200 down for a new garage door had they not have stepped in!

They responded immediately to my enquiry, sent me a link to the part. I ordered the part Thursday it arrived Monday fitted same day, garage door moving perfectly again.

This is a superb company who gave me such good service, help and advice. Told me when it would be sent and it was fast delivery. I needed additional remote controls for my garage door. I ordered what I thought were the right remotes but they didn't work. After a couple of emails I was given a set of instructions and with two simple actions the remotes worked. i required a garage door remote for a 20 year old system. GDP provided correct item. when i had trouble setting up the remote GDP were extremely helpfully online to provide a solution, with their help i got the remote working and i am planning on purchasing a 2nd in the future. i would recommend this company without hesitation.

I needed to replace my remote control roller shutter control system because my 11 year old system was not functioning properly. I contacted this company and was immediately told of various things that I could do and they came up with a solution.A new system was dispatched and I received it and everything works perfectly fine. Ordered a new remote for a roller shutter door. Didn’t have an existing remote but before the order arrived I received full and clear instructions on how to pair with the wall unit, which worked great. Delivery was fast and product is as described. Very clear instructions on website on which product matches which remote which helped a lot.
I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

Had an old garage door with no identifiable markers which was not working. Was able to find this company based on my pictures and AI than then was able to match them to the same type of pictures on this site. Contacted the Garage Door Parts team and shared my problem, pics and troubleshooting steps I already did, and their reply was great. We went through several stages and found the root issue as it pertained to this system, and the door is fully functional again. Other companies were not receptive and just gave a quote for a call out (which turned out to be unnecessary). Will be coming back here for any future parts, and would recommend their service.
