Garden Machines Ltd has been trading in Kingsthorpe Hollow Northampton since 1962. The high street site has actually been selling garden equipment from the early 1930’s under the name Staughtons, who eventually set up Garden Machines as a sister Company. We are stockist for the majority of the leading brands of garden machinery and related equipment. The businesses current owners took over in 1972, and now second and third generations are involved in the day to day running of the Company. As with many high street stores, we realise that the way customers want to purchase and research their products has changed over the years and there is a real need to embrace the Internet; whilst very importantly still holding on to our core business values: Honesty, Dependability, Respect, Passion. Excellent choice of items and products
Excellent choice of items and products. We bought the extendable tree lopper which is a solid bit of kit and has a very strong lopping action and is extendable to reach the huge overhanging trees from our neighbours

We give a gold star to this company for fair pricing, efficiency and speed of delivery. We were very impressed. We also give a gold star to this company for their offer to resolve our problem. We contacted their customer services department. We received and immediate reply and an immediate helpful resolution to our problem. We recommend dealing with this genuine company who seem always to have their customer's needs uppermost in their service.

Online order of a lawnmower
I put an order online to GARDEN MACHINES and made a small mistake on delivery address. When I phoned them up to correct my address the person was so polite and sorted the problem. My new lawmakers came 2 days later and I am very pleased with it so far. If only there was more companies with customer service as good as this on.

Completely normal ecommerce transaction. I ordered two items from their website, paid the money, and they delivered the goods. Delivery wasn't the fastest, but good comms from DPD telling me when to expect it and the option to change the day, which I used.
