Plants smaller than expected and a couple damaged in transit, however after contacting Garden On A Roll they quickly dispatched replacement plants. My only moan is that I tried to contact them via email with a couple of questions and nobody got back to me at all. Would be nice if emails could be responded to.

Brilliant way to transform garden.
I've bought several garden on a rolls and I'm delighted with all of them. I couldn't have planned such a a border which has interest all year round, great distribution of plants. It's so easy and such a delight.
I ordered big borders with a lot of plants (30) and 1 or 2 didn't look too happy after a few weeks. True to their work GOR sent me replacements.
100% recommend GOR.

Overall I’m happy I went with Garden on a Roll. The initial delivery went to the wrong house (DPD error) not Garden on a Roll but thankfully I was able to retrieve the order myself.
Had an issue with one of the plants but was sent a replacement quickly. The customer service was responsive and helpful throughout my interactions with them.
I’m happy with the flowers and my two beds are flourishing. 4 stars due to the issue with delivery which was very stressful!

What a great idea!!
We purchased a 7m by 90cm and it was delivered on time with semi-established plants. Planting them all was easy thanks to the paper guide and they look SO GOOD!! 6 weeks later they are starting to bloom, cant wait to see it all established :-)

Over 40 plants were sent for a 10 meter border. All plants arrived well packed, healthy and larger than expected.
Easy instructions to follow and excellent aftercare if needed.
Great value particularly on a special offer deal.
Four weeks on and the plants look fantastic, only 2 are struggling and these are in the sun more than I realised, i ordered for a shady area.
Extremely pleased and I would highly recommend.

Great Customer Service
Very helpful when delivery went wrong. Very quick to take action to resolve. Quality plants received mainly however there was
some damage caused by courier service when box appeared to have been dropped and a hole was in the top and side.
