Excellent service and advice, for someone like myself who finds things difficult to understand technical situations, there was always someone there to clarify all my questions with expert answers. I would highly recommend this company.

Fantastic experience from beginning to end. Needed to upgrade my 15yr old broken gate intercom (overly complicated set up). Received excellent guidance & support. Could have bought new Videx unit slightly cheaper perhaps, but doubt I could have received a better service anywhere. Delivered promptly by DPD. Well done & thanks.

The product is high quality as described and arrived promptly, however having no option other than 'express delivery' (at £6.50 from memory) meant that the final price was no better than competitors higher starting price with free delivery options.

I purchased the Liftmaster 24 volt double gate mechanism. I’m very satisfied with the product. It has been operational for about 3 months.
The various components arrived soon after the order was placed and my installer commented that it was easier to install than other makes he had worked with. Gate Auto were very helpful with one or two queries.

Prompt delivery satisfied with the product would use again.

From start to finish I found Gateauto (nicknamed by us Gateau) to be extremely helpful and professional. I have no affiliation with them but i would def. use them again. They answered my many questions and hand held me through the steps of buying all the hardware necessary for us to self install a large pair of hardwood (oak) gates that I made myself. Our electrician had lots of questions but their technical guys were able to quickly explain everything via the tel phone. We installed Hydom 250 Goliath rams and I have to say their installation manual could be greatly improved. Our installation is now being much admired by our neighbours. Many thanks Gateau!

Everything arrived promptly, the couple of minor issues during fitting (my mistakes) sorted quickly and efficiently by a very helpful person on the end of the phone! So far all working well,definitely recommended.

Ordered 2 liftmaster remotes for my gates. Could not programme them and called to get help. After sales back up was excellent and everything is working. Product quality and fast delivery also helped get them 5stars!

Web site is misleading!
Gate kit including installation brackets is listed. I in good faith purchased and paid for a £1376.40 Gate Kit.This was after email correspondence with the technical department BEFORE my purchase to inform them of what I had and what I was requiring.
There are NO brackets! A metal bar is supplied requiring cutting and metal brackets fabricated and welded to them in order for them to fit and make the kit usable. The term "KIT WITH BRACKETS INCLUDED" is misleading as they are unable to be directly attached to any surface without modification and welding.
Technical NEVER mentioned this in email correspondence or during a phone call where I explained to Technical where this kit was being fitted. I explained that this kit was being fitted to wooden gates and post.
I called them to explain this and was basically told that I needed to at MY cost and inconvenience I would need to find a lock engineering company to fabricate and weld appropriate brackets for the gate kit in order to fit them!!!!
I asked if this was something that I could pay them to do for me, but was told - They are busy and I would have about an 18 week wait!!
Very disappointing.

I need tec. help I hope fast response how to program a new remote control unite .

I ordered a manual release key for our automatic gates online on Friday afternoon and it arrived by post on Saturday. Might have been able to get it a bit cheaper elsewhere, but I doubt the service would have been as good.
