Gateway Workshops Reviews

I had the pleasure of attending Seichem Reiki practionercourse in Feb, St John’s Wood is an easy venue to go to and the studio was great . Maxine the trainer was so warm, welcoming and highly knowledgeable she made the whole day fun and relaxed. Highly recommended 💕

Cannot recommend gateway enough and their tutors!! Very professional and delivers courses with high standards but so friendly & welcoming!!! All their tutors Ive booked in with are so experienced knowledgeable and even don’t mind you contacting them with questions both before and after the course and have always ran their classes to time!!
Don’t hesitate to book with gateway 💚💚💚

I’ve done three courses with Maxine Reiki Seichem 1&2, Reiki Mastership level 3 and meditation teacher training I would love to do more training with Maxine too. Maxine is an excellent teacher, she leaves you feeling confident and empowered
I love how Maxine structures her courses too- we start on time and finish on time which means I can plan my journeys without worrying and she doesn’t let any students over talk and take away precious time from our training which I love
Will definitely be re-booking more courses with Maxine again
Thank you! X

I have completed 4 Gateway courses, 3 of which were with the lovely Maxine. Her teaching style is incredibly informative, beautifully nurturing, and her wealth of knowledge shines through in her passion for teaching. Every session has been inclusive and enriching.

I am very grateful to have attended Reiki Seichem 1 & 2, the Meditation Diploma (in person), and the Psychic Development online course - all taught by Maxine. While I learned so much, my biggest takeaway was sharing time with an amazing teacher and like-minded individuals, which made the entire experience extra special. I would recommend Gateway they offer great courses and assign great teachers, I have also found their online platform easy to navigate.

I had such a wonderful experience with Maxine and feel incredibly grateful to have been guided through my Reiki journey by her.

Maxine has a beautiful, calming energy and creates a space where you immediately feel comfortable, supported and completely at ease. Her knowledge, warmth and genuine passion for Reiki shine through in everything she does.

My attunement was a really special and meaningful experience. Maxine explained everything clearly and thoughtfully, while still allowing the experience to feel personal and intuitive rather than overly structured.

I came away feeling grounded, inspired and excited to continue developing my Reiki practice. I’m already looking forward to returning to Maxine for my Reiki Master attunement.

I would wholeheartedly recommend Maxine to anyone interested in Reiki, whether you’re completely new to it or looking to deepen your existing practice. ✨

I wasn’t sure what to expect from the course as my friend booked us on to help with our understanding of music and frequencies, and how they can enhance breathwork sessions. As soon as we got there, I felt safe and relaxed, Maxine was so lovely and welcoming. The information provided was so informative, and it was great to learn about the history of sound therapy and how everything around us is vibration or frequency. The more I learnt the more I wanted to know, I was completely immersed in the course. Then when we started playing the bowls and taking part in the sound bath, I was transported into another world, it was simply magical. I would highly recommend the course and can’t wait to book another one with Maxine.

Recently I completed a sound healing practitioner course facilitates by Maxine. She was incredibly knowledgeable, compassionate and supportive of her learners. She made the session feel so safe and easy to try the new experience. Her patience and passion shine through her teaching. I really would recommend this course. Truly a wonderful experience. Thank you

I loved my training and enjoyed the fun and relaxed teaching style, which gave me confidence and self belief. Very grateful for their’ sharings’ and would recommend to anyone. And would do more!

I have attended several in-person courses by Gateway Workshops, all led by the wonderful Maxine Dubois - who is kind, knowledgeable, uplifting, supportive, professional to a tee, and she infuses every course of hers with an extra bit of magic sparkle. No doubt she is my favourite spiritual teacher I've encountered so far on my journey. She holds space for all of her students in a really encouraging way, and delivers information and techniques to exceptionally high standards. I feel so empowered by all I have learnt by her, and I can say with the utmost confidence it's enriching my professional holistic practice in ways I wouldn't have imagined before I met her. Highly recommend her, and highly recommend Gateway Workshops - offering high-quality courses at very reasonable prices.

Thank you Maxine for your wise knowledge and all the teachings you do! I truly enjoyed completing these courses with you! crystal healing, tarot reading and past life regression, planing on taking one more soon:)
You are such a joy to study with and being guided by your light! You helped me so much in my dark moments that I can’t express enough my appreciation! Thank you for your wisdom I use in my daily life that helps me to go through
Love you so much! Happy I found you

Maxine was a fantastic teacher and the whole day was well
Thought-out and engaging. She holds space so wonderfully and has so much wisdom to share.

I booked a week before for a sound bath therapy course with Maxine Dubois the derailment of a train which was on the news meant there where no trains to London the next morning this I didn’t know until I went to station where I rang tutor she didn’t offer another place on a later date even though she has many . I emailed gateway and there terms and condition say they won’t refund the £75 for Tavel disruptions the tutor was paid £110 bank transfer 5 days before she blocked my phone number and didn’t offer me another date or refund my funds. So basically cost me £185 . As a wellness couch I think she is in the wrong procession as obviously just in it for the money and doesn’t care about goodwill of clients who may be seeking healing not a very good example Maxine dubois

Really relaxing, nice and welcoming atmosphere

I've just had a wonderful day of sound healing training with Maxine. I learmed so much and really enjoyed the experience! Totally recommend the course and Maxine as a teacher!

Really enjoyed my pregnancy massage course with Sue Cross. Learnt lots of techniques I can use in other massage too. Lovely trainer, great location. And lucky to have shared my learning day with a wonderful bunch of girls 🥰

The course was clear, concise, and very easy to follow. Kate offered support whenever it was needed, which made the learning experience feel reassuring and well‑guided. I would happily recommend this Level 3 Award in Education and Training to anyone looking to develop their teaching skills.

I recently attending a course given by Olivia Hickson, before I had even attended the course, I received nothing but kindness from Olivia. Already being trained in lymphatic drainage, I decided to go for the wood therapy lymphatic drainage to add to my treatment list, I learnt more in the first 5 minutes than I did on my first course in total. So much information, so much time & knowledge was provided from her. No question went unanswered & no question felt a chore to answer. So much advise & support. Olivia is clearly amazing at what she does & that shows in the classes she delivers, Thanks so much.

Great course, really useful add on for my sports massage. Kelly was great and knowledgeable. I enjoyed the course 😊

The lymphatic drainage course was very engaging and interactive.

A recommended course for anyone interested in Meridians (energy pathways).
Laura is just amazing; passionate about the subject, attentive, supportive and always explains a topic in a clear and simple way
