Worst online service I have used
Only half of the goods we paid for got delivered. We ordered 5 tables, 2 arrived, 1 was damaged.
Extremely poor customer service. Can't even contact someone on the phone. Requests of call backs got declined. No director available.
The company is refusing to give refund for the goods that haven't been delivered.
We need to get the bank involved. And authorities.

We are sorry to hear that you state the goods have not been received. However, the delivery address provided with the order appears to be incomplete. An order confirmation email was sent at the time of purchase which included the delivery address entered, and a further dispatch email was also sent containing the same address details.
Tracking information shows the parcel has been delivered to a neighbouring property. If you require further information regarding the exact delivery location, Evri should be able to assist you further using the tracking details.
No contact was received from you to raise any issue with the address or delivery prior to this review. As couriers such as Evri rely entirely on the address information supplied at checkout, incomplete details can unfortunately prevent successful delivery.

Delivery company left item outside on the street with no one home. Item goes missing and customer service simply won’t help.

We are sorry to read your comments regarding the delivery. However, the courier tracking for this order confirms that the parcel was delivered to the delivery address provided at checkout.
The order was sent using the standard delivery service selected at the time of purchase, which does not require a signature upon delivery. Delivery tracking and status updates were issued during transit and once delivery had been completed.
No delivery instruction was provided to indicate that the parcel must not be left if the recipient was unavailable, and the courier therefore completed delivery in accordance with the service used.
As the courier has confirmed successful delivery to the address supplied with the order, the delivery service has been fulfilled.
If you require a copy of the courier’s delivery confirmation or proof of delivery, please contact us and we will be happy to provide this.

I bought this 'stripped down' strimmer…
I bought this 'stripped down' strimmer because a vital part of my previous one had failed and it was not possible to obtain a new part from Spear and Jackson. I was expecting a refurbished used strimmer but was very pleased to find that it was new and in perfect condition and working order, using the battery from the other machine. The price was about half of what a new strimmer complete with battery and charger would have cost. Thank you very much, GED.

Non functioning Dyson Supersonic Airdryer
Ordered a Dyson Supersonic Airdryer. It was classified as Grade B which is refurbished but in good working order with a 12 month guarantee.
The item arrived in a box. On plugging in and switching on it showed lights, it pulsed three times and then stopped working altogether. I tried all the power outlets in the house and it worked in none of them.
I have emailed twice with no response. I have used the contact form on the website with no response. I am now left with an item that is not in working order with no idea how to return as there are no instructions on the website save to send an email.
DO NOT USE THIS SITE.

This is certainly not the standard we expect from our Grade B refurbished items, all of which are tested prior to dispatch and supplied with a 12-month warranty.

We’re pleased to hear you’re happy with the fan itself, although we’re sorry the outer box arrived in less than perfect condition. Unfortunately, this can occasionally happen in transit despite secure packing.
We would just like to clarify that we do not operate a text messaging service, and we are unable to locate any emails from you in our system. All of our customer support is handled via email, and we aim to respond within 24 working hours.
Regarding the instructions, some models do not include a printed manual inside the box, but we’re always happy to provide a digital copy on request.

Zero communication
There was something that confused me in the advert which noticed as soon as I had oplaced the order. I called immediately but was informed that telephone queries werent being dealt with so I emailed and was told that I should recieve a response withing a few days - its a week later and I still havent had any contact. I tried to call the delivery company and they didnt answer the phone either and their automated message told me to contact the seller. I wasnt home and the vacumm cleaner which I didnt want delivered was left outside my appartment. That was a week ago and I havent heard from anyone

We do not have any record of the email you refer to, however we have reached out to you with returns information. If the product is no longer required, you are welcome to return it in line with our returns policy. Disappointed
I ordered a plastic Christmas tree storage box with clip on lid. I missed in the description that there was no lid. I requested to return this as not fit for purpose however have had to pay nearly half the cost of the item in postage. I will not be using this company again

Although I brought this for next year…
Although I brought this for next year as the one I had was 22yrs old it had definitely seen better days so decided to throw it out in Jan. Thought I would try and get what I would like insale and this is exactly what I wanted . Arrived within a week. Only thing I would suggest u let people know how to connect top and bottom light it took me a while .

We’re sorry to hear of your dissatisfaction; however, we must clarify the outcome of this order. The item was dispatched correctly, tracking was provided, and delivery was confirmed by the courier.
This matter was fully investigated, and the claim was not upheld as the parcel was deemed delivered. As such, we are unable to issue a refund.
Good price but received wrong item
Good price, even for an A grade return. Sadly, we ordered a 80 light string of lights but a 240 light string was supplied in error. Too long for our needs so I have asked the supplier whether they can meet the original order for a 80 light string - awaiting their reply. Hopefully they can. Not entirely happy with choice of courier but postage was free so it’s down to the seller.
