Defective product
Defective product. The gap needs to be in the front side for the drawer was left in the back side, therefore I had to set it up the other way around and it left me with such an ugly item

This was sold as a B-grade / refurbished item, which is reflected in the reduced price and means it may show signs of prior use or cosmetic wear. We always aim to describe this as clearly as possible.
You contacted us on 20 March and we responded promptly to arrange a collection. While a weekend collection was requested and not available, we remained in regular contact and agreed a suitable weekday collection.
The item was collected last Friday, returned to us, and a full refund has now been issued.
We always work to resolve any concerns as quickly as possible and believe this matter was handled and concluded within a reasonable timeframe.

I will never order from here again. Service was terrible, I sent an email to customer service and they didn’t read my email, they sent me an email back without reading mine. This was horrible service. The package was delivered broken and I sent images to customer service and they were not helpful.

The price reflects this grading, which is why the item was offered at a reduced price compared to a brand new unit in sealed retail packaging.
In your original email the concern raised related to the condition of the outer packaging rather than the item itself. We did provide return information should you wish to return the item if it was not suitable for you.
