I received a faulty vacuum cleaner
Doesn't work

Great opportunity to replace my mover with the exact same model. Fast delivery. Just wish the wonkey wheels were mentioned in the description. Mower works...a definite improvement on my old mower.

Ive given this company a 3 star review. (This may change) I recently purchased a Kettle bbq with a pizza oven, ordering was easy and delivery was ok. The problem was the wrong item was delivered so a few e mails have gone back n forth so I will see what the response will be. INOW WANT TO GIVE THIS COMPANY A 1* AS IVE ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES FOR THEM TO REFUND ME IN FULL AS THE WRONG ITEM WAS SENT, THEYVE ASKED FOR PICTURES OF PAPERWORK, THE BOX IT CAME IN ETC WHICH IVE DONE BUT STILL NOTHING. WONT BUY AGAIN FROM THIS COMPANY AND WILL PASS THIS ON TO TRADING STANDARDS.

I ordered the cordless vacuum cleaner, all that arrived was the head, without the charger on any other parts that actually allow to use the instrument for its purpose.
I contacted them (with photos) and instead of simply apologizing and sending the missing pieces, they sent me on a quest to find non-existing "green sticker"(?!) and other "notes" they claimed that should have arrived with the package.
I'm waiting to hear from them again soon, but if not, I'll simply report to my bank as a scam and a fraud.
Just a warning to you all considering ordering from them.
Update: Unlike in their respond below, the company received a lot of info from me, including photos, in the first, second and third messages. They maybe wanted to see parts that weren't there? Well, you cannot take photos of non-existing pipes. Crazy, ah?
Following this post, they sent me an email instructing me to print a label and send them the item back, but without promising they'll refund (or anything else). LOL.
They later emailed me another rude and aggressive email. At this point, me being a pragmatic human in need of a vacuum cleaner, i simply ordered from another company.
I'll update if and when I get my money back, until then, I'm keeping this message as is for others to make an informed decision.

Item ordered on the 29th May, it is now the 8th June and has still not been sent to the couriers.

GED had some good value products. Easy to order and arrived quickly thank you.

Bought a strimmer from them via ebay. Listed as new (but in opened box). Item was scuffed and muddy, clearly used. When I contacted the manufacturer they told me that the item was only sold via Argos in a bundle with a mower. Clearly not as advertised...you have been warned...

Their reply below is completely false. This is NOT the price I paid and I did NOT receive any refund. Presumably this is what they did for the customer who previously purchased this "new item". Misreprestenting the facts only reinforces the need to avoid GED. Look how many 1 star reviews they have....

Ordering was simple and trimmer arrived on time. Advertised as refurbished but could have done with a bit better clean. Works ok

Took a while to get here but worth the wait.

Product was used, appeared almost new. Few minutes to assemble. Fantastic pieve of kit. Set height to 32mm cuts with ease and lraves stripes. 2 day delivery very good

I needed a replacement battery for my McGregor hedge cutter
I could not get a new one so decided to get a refurbished one
This looked like a good reliable company and gave a years guarantee
Battery arrived quickly and in good condition

Ged outlet has been good in replying to my query( bin I ordered arrived broken,
It must have just been thrown about in transit with Evri delivery company)
Ged refunded me after supplying photos of damage
Didnt need to return the bin

I was either sent the wrong order or they have falsely advertised i ordered a pink and grey silver cross pop stroller & I recieved an all black silver cross clock .. I’ve tried to email and I’ve had no luck or no answer .. i am absolutely gutted

I never, write reviews, not bad one's! BUT, after my experience with this company, and their reaction to a genuine complaint. Then, contacting my bank for help and advice, I now am! I bought a 'refurbished', lawnmower that I paid £60.00 for. (Minus, battery and charger that would have taken the cost, to the price of a brand new mower!) I communicated my concerns to GED, attaching photos. Their final response, after debate, was: I could return it, at my own cost. I am happy to add photos, that I supplied to my bank to verify this review. I have been prompted several times by Trustpilot to verify my details with GED on this site, with consequences of my post being taken down. I have done so. To be abundantly CLEAR. I went through ALL the correct channels to resolve this issue. GED, who have been more concerned to responding to my review, (That incidentally I can't respond to without editing my original post on Trustpilot!) I have had NO further communication from GED re my complaint of receiving faulty goods, that contravene the Trade Description Act. I have contacted a reputable Consumer Agency for advice. I have learned a harsh lesson here, and will definitely read through all reviews before, committing to purchasing online.

My daughter bought a Challenge 10 Litre Dehumidifier from GED Outlet through Amazon in January. The dehumidifier received had a faulty cooling element so did not extract any water. She requested a return through Amazon but the return label generated was not pre-paid and there was no way of requesting a different label. Had Amazon been the seller she would have been sent a pre-paid label to return faulty goods and would have been automatically refunded upon proof of postage. She paid herself to return it to GED Outlet using Royal Mail Tracked 48, following which she was sent proof of delivery by Royal Mail. No communication whatsoever was received from GED Outlet since the return in February regarding a refund for the item and the return postage. She has now contacted Amazon Customer Service who were excellent and have refunded her for both the Dehumidifier and the postage. Based on her experience and that of other reviewers it appears that this company often pays lip service to the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Avoid!

Defective product. The gap needs to be in the front side for the drawer was left in the back side, therefore I had to set it up the other way around and it left me with such an ugly item

Product was realy good value for money, arrived packaged well and on time, very happy
