German Online Institute Reviews

As a restarter with German language (passed C1 15 years ago) I struggled with speaking, due to the lack of practice. So, I contacted a few online German schools and I found that the German Online Institute offers good quality education for a reasonable price, so I decided to go with them.
I started learning with Nati S. In the first lesson we discussed in which areas and topics I would like to improve and then she tailored the lessons to my needs (and does so, still). Already I feel the improvement and more confidence while speaking German. Although there is still a long way to go till I become fluent in German language again, I am happy to continue the work with her.

In my experience GOI teachers are not just people who can speak German with you. They are experienced as teachers. Among their several well thought-out systems is one where you converse freely in German, but the teachers note your mistakes and only later correct and explain them, so you don't get interrupted when speaking. It's like practicing to make music real time. It's my third year working with Julia MG. whom I was fortunate to have found. She adjusts to my learning style and sometimes changing needs, but also provide a structure and offer solutions so I can progress while also work with relevant materials from my daily life.

Ana C is a fantastic teacher. She makes the lessons very interactive and fun and knows how to explain the rules to make them easy to understand. I highly recommend her and the German Online Institute as a platform to learn German.

Susanna unterrichtet mich seit fast drei Jahren in Deutsch.

It has been thanks to the amazing teachers at GOI that I took my German from B1-B2 to C1+. I learned my elemental German skills at different in-person schools and I found that their teachers often lacked the knowledge, skills or commitment that I needed from them. To up-skill myself to an advanced level of German, I went to GOI, because it soon became clear that they work only with highly qualified and experienced teachers. I can absolutely recommend this school to anyone who is serious about learning German. The flexibility of learning online is an added bonus, but the key to their success lies in their teachers.

We enjoy a lot our A1 German classes with our teacher Neira L. She is a great teacher and passionate of her job. Neira L. is patient, flexible and open to meet our needs. Neira has a positive attitude, is very good in explaining the grammar and proposes several tools to exercise and practice through the exercise, course books, and online websites. We would highly recommend Neira to everyone interested in taking German classes.

I have classes with Yeda and it has been a great experience so far. She is an excellent teacher and quickly realized where I need to improve and how. She is very supportive and finds creative ways for me to learn German! Truly recommend her classes :)

I've been using GOI to learn German for almost a year now, and it's been a really positive experience so far. My teacher Dana Z. is patient with me, encourages me to practice my speaking skills and is able to adapt the lessons based on my individual needs.

I have been taking only 5 classes with Yanan, but I enjoy working with her. She is challenging but very patient and answers all my questions very clearly. The lesson is very interesting and time flies.

I had already some German classes with Aleksandra.N and it is being great! The classes are really dynamic and entertaining while doing all kind of exercises of vocabulary, listening, grammar, speaking... She constantly adapts to my level and my rhythm and transmits positiveness while cheering me up which makes me feel motivated for the classes.
I am really happy with the course so far and planning to continue for as long time!

Hello, I've done the A1 Level with my teacher Neira L. She is passionate and very patient with me , I was starting from 0 my Deutsch kurs. I'm still a bit shy in speaking and writing but I do understand and can read! It's a big achievement for me after one year of lessons.
