Marina prepared me for my Goethe B1 exam and I couldn't be happier with the results — 91% on speaking and 96% on writing. We practiced constantly, both speaking and writing, so the exam format felt familiar rather than stressful.

It was demanding at times, honestly, but that's exactly why it worked — the effort paid off on exam day. Marina also went out of her way to prepare me for tricky situations, like difficult writing topics and what to do if your speaking partner doesn't talk much. Little things like that made a real difference.

Highly recommend her if you're serious about passing the exam well.

I had a great experience with GOI. My teacher, Doris B, is amazing and helped me achieve an A2 level in a few months, rewarded by a Goethe certification. She invests a lot in the lesson's preparation, she is helpful, flexible and fun.

Besonders gut hat mir gefallen, dass wir auch Hausaufgaben bekommen haben – wir sollten Videoaufnahmen machen, um unsere Aussprache zu üben. Ines hat zu jedem Video ein eigenes Video erstellt, in dem sie unsere Aussprache detailliert analysiert und uns konkrete Anweisungen gegeben hat, wie wir sie verbessern können.

I am taking lessons from Yeda Y. for few months and super happy with them! I have been taking classes earlier from different teachers but never been so effective as it was with Yeda. She prepares the lessons very diligently and provides all documentation upfront to be most productive during the lesson. Yeda’s guidance played a significant role in my preparation to B1 exam within a relatively short timeframe. I greatly value Yeda’s commitment to student’s success and would strongly recommend her to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, reliable and an absolutely GREAT German teacher.

I have been taking German lessons with GOI for several months now. My husband recommended the school to me, as he has been studying there himself for quite some time. He originally found it through an online search, and the many positive reviews encouraged him to give it a try.
Over the years, I have tried many different language schools and learning formats, but GOI has probably been the most convenient option for me so far. The payment process is straightforward, communication with the team is easy, and Nina deserves a special mention - she is always responsive and helpful.
I would especially like to mention my teacher, Yeda Y. She is an incredibly positive person who seems happy to discuss almost any subject. I really like that there is no textbook at all. Instead, the lessons are built around lively conversations and a wide variety of topics that genuinely interest me, with speaking practice naturally integrated into the entire learning process. This is particularly important to me because I find repetitive textbook-based lessons quite tiring and unmotivating.
Of course, every student values different personal and professional qualities in a teacher. For me, variety, engaging conversations and a positive atmosphere are essential, and Yeda offers exactly that. Her smile can lift your mood even on a difficult day when you initially do not feel like joining a lesson.
I would happily recommend Yeda Y to anyone who wants to learn German in a positive and relaxed atmosphere. In her lessons, you can smile and laugh while exploring the language through a wide variety of topics and real-life situations. This makes it much easier for me to stay engaged, practise speaking and remember new material =)

Da un paio di mesi ho iniziato questa nuova esperienza scaturita da esigenze lavorative. Ho aderito alla proposta GOI sulla base dei consigli ricevuti dai colleghi che hanno già vissuto l'esperienza. Ho come insegnante Martina M. che già dalle prime lezioni mi ha permesso di sentirmi a mio agio di fronte a questa avventura difficile da affrontare in quanto sono partito da zero con la lingua tedesca. Le lezioni rispondono alle mie esigenze, trattiamo tematiche interessanti e coinvolgenti oltre ad essere perfettamente calzanti sulle mie esigenze. Non solo ritengo di poter consigliare GOI e Martina M ma credo che al termine del primo pacchetto di lezioni valuterò di continuare con loro.

I have been taking German lessons with my great teacher Salina for a while now, and I would highly recommend her. She is always very kind, patient, and supportive, which makes learning both effective and enjoyable. She explains everything clearly and adapts each lesson to my needs and level. Thanks to her guidance, I feel more and more confident when speaking, and I really appreciate her encouraging approach during our classes.

Very well organised, easy to book and cancel classes. I didn't like the latest version of the Google Doc, but apart from that I would recommend GOI 100%.
Also, my teacher Nele was very good, with perfect German and English, it was easy to communicate with her and to arrange our classes. I would recommend her if you want to get a B2 in 6 months ;)

I had a great experience with Martina M. at the German Online Institute. I started at A1 level and am now progressing towards A2, and this is largely thanks to her teaching. Martina always adapted the lessons to my needs and learning pace, which made studying German much more effective and enjoyable. She is patient, encouraging, and very professional. I’m still improving and feel motivated to continue thanks to her support. Highly recommended!

The German Online Institute allows me to take remote classes from anywhere in the world, which is exactly why I signed up in the first place. Initially, the pricing was a very good value considering the high quality of the teacher I was assigned.

However, despite the positive start, the German Online Institute decided to nearly double their prices without even bothering to inform their current students. I seriously considered quitting—not because I couldn’t afford the new rate, but because I believe loyal students deserve a level of consideration that was completely non-existent here.

The only reason I decided to stay is that my teacher is amazing. Dina R. is always pleasant and engaging; she speaks to me exclusively in German (even when explaining new concepts), and I feel I am making significant progress. If it weren’t for Dina, I would rate this school a 2/5.

Ich nehme Deutschunterricht bei Andrej, der sich als hervorragender Lehrer erwiesen hat. Er passt den Unterricht individuell an mein Niveau und meine Vorkenntnisse an, sodass ich im Laufe der Zeit deutliche Fortschritte machen konnte.

Die gesamte Erfahrung mit GOI ist großartig: Die Terminvereinbarung ist einfach, die Unterrichtsmaterialien sind gut verständlich und die Kommunikation mit den Lehrern funktioniert reibungslos – sehr zu empfehlen!

Good system of 1:1 on line german lessons. My teacher Dina R. is very flexible and prepared. I was always satisfied, also with my other previous teachers from German Online Insitute.

I had an excellent German learning experience with Dina R. When I began, I was at A2 level and found it difficult to form correct German sentences. Thanks to her clear teaching, patience, and encouragement, I improved quickly, became much more confident in speaking, and passed my B1 exam in only one month with a very good score. She is a wonderful teacher, and I highly recommend her to anyone who wants to make fast and solid progress in German.

Erna is an amazing teacher with a lot of personal touch to her students and she is taking the personal learning behaviours very serious and change the classes based on that. She is also doing classes with a lot of entertainment and a great vibe which is also very important for me. I started to see a progress in my German after couple of months and doing classes with her is always a pleasure!
