I used this company for 4 loans and had problems with the last 3. Every time I would refinance the loan, Backd would "accidently" take an extra payment out. When I asked them to refund it, they would tell me to just put a stop payment on the next payment which would cost me $30 each time and also flag me in their system as a non-payment. On my most recent loan, I ended up paying it off on a Monday and my weekly payment still came out the next day on Tuesday. I asked for a refund of that payment, but it never came. I have never experienced any issues like this with any other business funding companies, and I have used many. Backd obviously spends a lot of money on advertising but not in their customer service. Shop around.
