I used them awhile ago and it made my divorce much easier and faster very professional and not much for me to do i would definitely use if i was you

This is a subscription-based service, and regardless of which option you select when calling, all calls appear to be handled by the same representative, who identified himself as "Anderson."

Unfortunately, my interactions with him were extremely disappointing. I found him to be unhelpful, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the process. If it were possible to give this experience zero stars, I would.

After completing the initial paperwork, I needed to make some updates and was advised to wait for the revised package. However, when I contacted customer service again, I was told that I only had three days from my original request to address any changes and that I needed to submit my request by email. I followed those instructions and sent the email on the 30th.

When I called back to check on the status, I was informed that the company had three business days to respond to my email. Despite having followed the instructions I was given, I was then told that I would need to pay another subscription fee before receiving a response or further assistance.
The process was confusing, inconsistent, and unnecessarily difficult. I expected clear communication and reasonable customer support, but instead encountered delays, conflicting information, and poor service throughout.

Sold me a bunch if stuff I did not need, told me it was required in my state to file. Papers got rejected by the state and I not only never got a refund but also never heard back from the company. Ended up doing it all myself further dragging out the process.

They provided all the paperwork I needed to get my divorce.

This company is definitely a Fraud. I asked for a progress check on my papers and all they said was “ I will have the documents within 4 more days. As depicted during the interview process. So at the end of the waiting period(4more days) I received nothing.
I paid them an extra 50$ to get a hard copy sent to me. Nothing. This is not the way to go during such a difficult time. They don’t have the common courtesy to let me know when I would be receiving my package that I paid for 4 times. So be careful with theses people. They will take advantage of you when you are in such a vulnerable position. If it was possible. I would have given them 5 negative stars.

No help whatsoever. Barely any instruction on anything, just “here fill out this questionnaire”. I thought there would be more help and more of a process. The papers took forever to get and no one would respond to me as to why it was taking so long or if they were even coming. They were filled out wrong, and not even the papers I needed. Can’t even use them and can’t get a refund without a refusal letter. What a joke. Waste of time and money.

Detailed, constructive and polite

This company is a FRAUD. I strongly suspect they are actually a phishing network. The vast information you provide them by filling their online application, is what they use to clone your details and defraud you using the card details you paid them with. They are Expert Fraudsters, beware of this website. Just for a divorce application, they require so much information on their questionnaire, and that's when i go suspicious
My card was used few weeks ago to make purchase of nearly $1000. Fortunately I spotted it early blocked the card and reported it to my bank immediately

I was charged extra for a few things before seeing the cost, and I wanted a refund. I spoke with someone on the chat and they said they would refund. Since then, I have seen no refund and no one will answer me on the chat, or on the phone. It feels like they blackballed me for trying to get refunded. You also have to pay an extra $125 for next day papers, or it will take weeks for you to receive anything.
