I’m not impressed with this company. After I completed the “interview” I received a message that they were going to have someone look over my answers and the process could take up to 30 days. I never received any communication from them after that and when I tried contacting them, I never could get through. Finally, after two months, I managed to reach someone who said that they would send me the document via email. However, when I told him that I paid the extra $40 to also get the document sent via mail, he said he would send it by the end of the week, but I could NOT also get the pdf emailed to me for some unknown reason. It took him an extra week to get it sent and I just received it today. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone ever.

Very helpful great experience in going though a divorce

The site was easy and straightforward to use. The courts here accepted the paperwork with no issues whatsoever after I tried using other methods and failing miserably. It was affordable for me. I have already recommended it to a few of my friends.

You hear divorce and instantly you become overwhelmed with pricing, time and court dates. But this was by far the easiest and convenient process ever. Everyone was patient and helpful. From

On their site it said they do paperwork for annulments. My circumstances are a little different so I asked customer service (after paying for the service and starting the questionnaire which didn’t apply to me) if they could help in my circumstances and they said “no” and I should request a refund. I have emailed them numerous times with no response and no credit (I would accept partial credit). Terrible communication! Scam! Go elsewhere!

It was easy to navigate and easy to use

This process was not helpful. The courts charged a separate fee on top of the fee I paid to this agency to prepare paperwork. I had additional paperwork to do at the courthouse when I went to file the papers. It was a waste of time and money as I was charged both by this agency and the court.

They have all kinds of hidden charges on top of the $199. I have paid almost $150 for printed documents on legal paper plus shipping and never got them. You have to pay a month fee of $49.99 to continue to have access to your documents.

it was pretty straight forward, the fact that i barely remember doing anything about it is a green flag. they asked me a few questions and essentially that was it, the next thing i knew was papers arriving to my home address.

What made my experience well was the fast responses. The availability to speak with someone and the options were explained.
