Very helpful staff in Eamon Carpenter. Intial steps are quick and easy to follow

I have just started working with them in November, I found them very clear, transparent and helpful and they cover all aspects of real estate business from companies formation, real estate advise, mortgage advisors, banking services.

I am very pleased with the process until now.

Good overall service. They cleared some of the requirements which my previous platform did not complete and is good for small property businesses which don't need so much advice.

I couldn't see where the change direct debit mandate was on screen, that needs be put somewhere more obvious, but when I queried it, the email response was sent only a few hours later.

They do need to keep their prices down as an a local accountancy service could be cheaper for small landlord's who don't want any frills.

The GetGround team are fantastic to deal with.

Always really responsive and either provide the right level of advice or refer me to an appropriate resource to resolve.

We had a few hiccups this year with the accounting side and contacting Get Ground but these have now been resolved and hopefully things will be smoother going forwards. Harry was great at sorting things out and he cares about Get Ground and the customers.

The login generally has a nice layout and it is a great idea to have everything in one place (bank account, accounting, property value predictions, mortgage details etc). It is handy and useful for overall property management. Having the ability to pay by card would be a good addition to make the banking better and avoid needing an extra bank account for cards so then everything really would be in one place and more convenient. Called GetGround today after seeing their ad on socials. Asked to make an appointment for property tax and accounting advice. Call handler told me they can't give tax advice. Really? Sorry but I thought that was the whole point of having an accountant? Didn't bother enquiring further. Went somewhere else instead...

I have changed my bank details and the auto-payment could not be effected. I emailed GetGround and got the response within an hour and I updated my card details easily through the link they sent me.
I also had some email communications with GetGround previously on the payments, overall they respond fast and offer effective advice and assistance. I am delighted with the service.

I have had a good experience with their property sourcing service so far. Eamon and I had an initial discussion to find out what exactly I was seeking to achieve with an investment portfolio. Based on that call, we had another one to discuss the purchase of a specific property. Eamon sent me a spreadsheet detailing the figures before our meeting and walked me through the stats and explained how the projected figures had been calculated. I really appreciated this as otherwise it may have been a bit confusing reading it on my own.

After agreeing to go ahead with the purchase, I was passed on to Sarah Robson. I liked Sarah as she put me at ease about the whole process and didn't make me feel like I was just another customer on a spreadsheet. She was readily available to respond to any queries that I had during the purchasing process.

I did experience some issues with the purchase which had nothing to do with GetGround but both Eamon (who went the extra mile) and Sarah were very helpful in sorting it out with the seller and solicitors in a timely manner.

Special thanks to Harry Gardner from Getground. We had issues with companies that we needed to strike off, and Harry went above and beyond to close holding companies without any charge. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants accounting or LTD companies BTL solutions. I will definitely put my next company on their platform shortly.
