Great platform, does everything you need for property investment, all in one place

I have worked with Getground for a couple of years on multiple off-plan purchases. Cora, who oversees the progression side, is dedicated to ensuring clients progress within the specified time, always quick to respond and deliver exceptional service. Working with Cora and the team has been an absolute pleasure, and I look forward to many more future projects together.

It deserves negative stars. This company is totally ignorant and rubbish. Ilogical , delayed and non-customer centered service. Even though my case is uplifted to Financial Obudsman service . They still send nonsense email to compulsory continue their subscription service even though there is NO REAL Property transaction throughout 3.5 years . Still collecting unstoppable subscription service fees , causing delaying in reporting to Companies House. Ignoring the email for terminating the subscription. Unhelpful, unreasonsable, I totally hate this company that waste my precious time to interact with this poor quality company. GetGround !

The point is poor customer service. No single point of contact in case of any issues encountered. Repeatedly canned email communication seems AI/robotic , no human operated company but such a horrible , inhumane . The delay of filing to Companies houses due to poor service.

A refund of GBP 159.6 + late penalty charge GBP 150 due to poor service + poor communication = total GBP 359.6 is requested.

Immediately after writing the below review I received a call from a chap named Harry who was very apologetic and helpful with the tasks required going forwards. He did do a good job at executing the company closures and due to the lack of previous communication was happy to do this free of charge.

I am glad that someone picked up my concerns and helped with them, however, I'm not sure I would feel totally comfortable to come back and use the GetGround services again. I think their service is probably very good for people that need help managing multiple properties.

I honestly would give this company zero stars if I could. It seems their customer service has gone on an extended break. I'm currently at 4 emails unanswered, now trying whatsapp to see if i'll get a response there.

We set up our property companies a couple of years ago with the view to invest but haven't actually ended up doing so. So they've never actually traded. When I asked about closing them they wanted around £400 to do so, which seems ridiculous to me considering no trading has actually happened. I've started doing the process myself!

Lastly I want to cancel my subscription but there's not actually anywhere on the account, it seems, to be able to do that. Their AI bot just says to contact their 'get help' email address, which is the one i've not had any response from over the last month..so we'll see how that goes...TBC...

I’ve had a terrible experience with GetGround. They wasted 4 months of my time across one new purchase mortgage and three remortgage applications, only to reject them in the end without any proper explanation.

After I had made a complaint and asked for an property explaination , they put a REVENGEFUL stop of my mortgage offer which I already obtained!!!!

Throughout the process, I received conflicting messages and poor advice, which led to unnecessary delays and avoidable costs on my side. Despite providing every document and clarification requested, they still refused to move forward and wouldn’t even explain why.

GetGround has shown a serious lack of professionalism and knowledge when it comes to property investment and mortgage handling.
Stay away from them — they are absolutely not worth your time or trust.

Good company. I currently use their letting service which has been smooth so far and recently signed up for their accounting service which I am hoping will be just as good. However, they could improve on their response to queries quicker.

They have raised the prices I think 3 or 4 times since I joined. Support passes you off and takes days to reply. Avoid this service seems fine to start then prices go up twice a year.

I am happy with the staff’s timely response, patience and providing clear information for all my queries. The customer service is helpful.

I've unfortunately been stuck with getground for the past 2 years.

Fees - £22.80 when I joined (£273.6 per year)
Now - £48 (£576 per year)

More than doubling the cost to small businesses every 2 year period.

If you're a small landlord, they will simply raise the costs for you every month, they will milk you, they will steal your profit over time with the following:

"oh we heard landlords want these features, so we're giving you them and charging you for it"

Landlords are being charged to fund features they neither want nor need.

I will be leaving GetGround at the very first opportunity.
