I had an incredibly disappointing experience with this law firm in Palermo. From the start, their behavior was nothing short of hypocritical. They claimed to uphold the highest ethical standards, but their actions spoke a completely different language. I was misled at every turn, with promises made that were never followed through on. It quickly became clear that trust was something they had no intention of honoring.

The level of professionalism was absolutely lacking. Communication was sporadic and unresponsive, and when they did respond, it was with vague, non-committal answers. It felt like I was dealing with amateurs, not professionals.

Their ideology, if you can even call it that, seemed to be entirely based on self-interest rather than genuinely helping their clients. They presented themselves as advocates for justice, but their actions revealed a starkly different reality.

If you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy law firm, look elsewhere. I deeply regret my decision to work with them.

My experience with this law firm was frustrating and costly. They failed to deliver on their initial promises, causing me significant financial damage, yet they still insisted on full payment.

Broken Promises and No Accountability – At the start, they assured me that my legal process would be smooth. However, they failed to achieve the expected results and blamed external factors, forcing me to bear additional expenses while they demanded full payment.

Missed Deadlines, Financial Losses – Their lack of diligence in following key deadlines resulted in unnecessary delays, leading to additional costs on my end that could have been avoided with proper case management.

Dramatic Change in Service After Hiring – Before I signed their engagement letter, they were extremely responsive and proactive. However, once I hired them, their approach became careless—they provided incorrect information, failed to respond on time, and disregarded important details.

Hostility Toward Mediation – Aware of the financial impact of their mistakes, I suggested an amicable resolution through the Bar Association before settling the invoice. They refused outright and instead threatened legal action against me.

This firm operates with a concerning lack of accountability. Their mistakes cost me more than their fee, and rather than acknowledging their failures, they chose intimidation. I strongly advise against trusting them with legal matters.

I decided to instruct Elze Obrikyte at Giambrone Law to assist me in my application for Italian citizenship by marriage after she came highly recommended to me by friends, my having failed in my first application without assistance due to my not supplying all the required documentation in the correct form. I am delighted that I did so. Elze and her team (her current assistant is Giorgia) guided me expertly and efficiently throughout the entire process, which resulted today in success. It is a challenging process and I have no hesitation in recommending Elze and her team for their services in this field.

Hourly rate is steep however I found them to be professional. The hours spent were less than the retainer I had paid and refund was processed promptly within one day.

Thank you Giambrone law for all your help and assistance in obtaining my Italian citizenship for myself and my two older adult children. It has been a long and drawn out process but Gaimbrone law were exceptional throughout, their communication and progress updates were always welcome and they kept me continually updates as to where we were in the process and of course the fees involved . It took about 2 years for my passport to arrive and my elder children another year. we have gone through many many hoops but it has been well worth it and we are proud to be connected back to our Italian heritage and roots. I am now applying for my younger children which should complete this year in 2025. I would not hesitate to use them again and would recommend they highly. Thank you to Elze and Zain as well as Emilia and Erika.

il faut se méfier après une escroquerie vous tombez souvent sur d'autres escrocs qui profite de votre faiblesse et ce cabinet en fait partie

I was seeking to obtain a digital nomad visa for Italy. I contacted the Giambrone law firm and spoke to an attorney named Giovanni. He was extremely knowledgeable about this visa, reviewed my status, and my documentation preparation and gave advisements that prepared me for my appointment at the Italian consulate in Houston, Texas. I was able to be approved for the visa with all the preparation and requirements that this visa approval needed. There is no doubt that Giovanni’s expertise helped me secure this visa. I also want to thank the gentleman named Joseph that did my Initial inquiry to be able to receive consultation. Joseph also was extremely professional and very helpful. Huge thank to the Giambrone law team!

I engaged Giambrone Law to help with my application for a French passport. I was assigned Ms Angela Falqui to work on my case. She did an excellent job.
She and her colleagues were proactive and responsive. They communicated regularly and kept me informed of progress and next steps without me having to chase them up.
Thanks to their thoroughness the duration of the process was significantly reduced and they adjusted their fees accordingly.

Elze, Zain and Emilia were fantastic to work with over the course of a long and complicated Italian citizenship application process. It's fair to say that I wouldn't have gotten to the finish line if not for their support, creative thinking, and commitment. I would recommend Giambrone to anyone looking for support with their Italian citizenship applications.

RUN! DO NOT USE THIS LAW FIRM. We were looking to move to Barcelona. I thought by going with a "gay friendly" law firm we would get excellent service just the opposite happened at first, they sounded great and sincere. "Give us 5k euros". So, we gave them the money, I went back to the states thinking everything was ok. I asked several times to our immigration Coral - "what can I/we do?' while in the states. "Nothing we absolutely handle everything." After the real estate side of the law firm failed to get us the information on the first property in a timely manner and another 5k euros. It should have raised a red flag. I asked again, "is there anything we should be doing" should we apply for nonlucrative visa while we are in the states just in case, we don't find a property in 3 months?" Coral - "no, don't waste your money. Just buy a property?' like you buy a pair of shoes. So, we sold 90% of our stuff and everything was scheduled to come to Barcelona in December, us and our 3 pets. Oh, another 5k was requested so we are 15k euros in the hole at this time. One of the requirements to move to Spain is to have Spanish approved health care. Coral recommended Juan, Juan and Coral said we would have to go with DKV insurance. 8600 euros. they said there is no other option. When we arrived since we paid so much money for the insurance, we expected our cards and logins. We were told they were coming. We tried to login to DKV and we couldn't. We kept asking Juan what was going on and he refused to talk to us. I went to several DKV clinics and when I emailed Coral and Juan about the issues. I was told, "oh you can't use the insurance the first year.' by both, to stop going to the clinics. "What?" I had an issue with my tooth that's when I found out DKV was paid nothing, so we had to get other approved health insurance. It gets worse. We finally find a property we both love. Giambrone, messed up that purchase completely but telling the owner information that wasn't necessary to tell him and didn't affect the purchase of the apartment, but it matter to the owner. He wouldn't speak to us for about 2 weeks by this time it was too late because of the Schengen Law. I finally message him and asked him to please respond. He said, "why do you want my apartment?" Giambrone said you have offers on two other apartments. At this time, our Schengen days were up. I kept asking Coral what can we do? We would have to go back to the states and get the "nonlucrative visa" both of us but the problem is our 3 pets and items are in Barcelona. Oh, things I could have been doing while in the states. The question I asked Coral. gathering documents necessary for the visa. When we both arrive, she started asking for documents that were on the boat. We had to pay $250 to have someone go to the courthouse and overnight the documents to us. Where if she would have provided us with a list of things she would need, we wouldn't have put them on a ship. I repeated asked Coral - what can we do? we can't leave our pets with strangers for months. One of her suggestions was, live in Spain 3 years illegal then apply for visa. I was sick for 2 days. throwing up and going back to bed. The mess that Giambrone Law firm got us into was a nightmare. Then they stopped responding to us. I started contacting other law firms to find out what could we do. I finally found one who picked up the pieces. Gave us a list of items they would need and hand walk us through it. I can't tell you the stress Giambrone Law firm put us through. It went on for 5 months before we were able to dig out of the mess they caused and thousands and thousands of dollars. Just not the 15k plus in euros. But the cost of flights, having to go back to US and live in two apartments for months and our pets with strangers in Barcelona. The last time I added up the cost of the mistakes of Giambrone Law firm it was close to $400K YES! Money we can never get back. My advice is DO NOT use this law firm for anything.

Ayant à traiter une affaire complexe, j’ai pu apprécier l’efficacité et la réactivité de ce cabinet. Il serait toutefois souhaitable d’avoir des échanges oraux plus réguliers et fréquents. Cela permettrait parfois de pouvoir mieux, et plus facilement exprimer des situations complexes.
