Reçu rapidement à l’autre bout du monde, service client réactif !!

I purchased two dive watches from this company on the 3rd January 26 as on google they were substantially cheaper than the nearest rival. The price was confirmed on their website and I entered my credit card details and paid. However around a week later I was advised that I had to pay VAT on top in order to receive the item. It was not made clear at all on the check out page that I would have to pay VAT. My understanding is that the law in the UK is clear in that for retail customers the price on UK facing websites must include vat.(or clearly state that VAT is payable in addition) I complained to the company and they referred me to the small print in their terms and conditions which you have to click on to view. I must confess that I do not read all the terms and conditions when placing an order on a website as for one I would expect the price advertised and shown on the check out page to be the total price. The company suggested that if I didn't want to pay the VAT that I should refuse the delivery and it would be returned to them. I have had way too many emails with this company and only on the 7th March was a refund finally received less all shipping costs which they have refused to refund. They say that the delay was due to the courier not advising them sooner of the costs. It would be really easy for them to state clearly next to the price on the check out page on their English website that VAT is payable in addition but they choose to rely on the small print in their terms and conditions that you must click to see. I have read other reviews and it seems that generally customers are very happy with the company. I purchased the dive watches elsewhere on principle

Super buena comunicacion. Cuando los productos no estan en stock el envio suele ser muy rapido y el servicio postventa es muy bueno

Assolutamente negativa. Non ho mai ricevuto il prodotto pagato nonostante il tracking segnalasse la consegna. Gidive ha risposto alle mie lamentele inviandomi la copia di una ricevuta dove appariva solo il mio cognome e una data senza mia firma. Interpellati, non hanno risposto. Mai più con Gidive.

Para merecer una calificación de cinco estrellas, tienes que hacer un muy buen trabajo para tu cliente. La tienda Gidive realmente hizo eso por mí.

Como necesitaba urgentemente un nuevo inflador de chaleco cuando el mío se rompió antes de mi viaje de buceo.

Le pedí a la tienda Gidive que apurara mi pedido y pedí una entrega rápida, por supuesto que lo agradeces. Así que en poco más de 1 día y medio desde España a Suecia recibí mi nuevo inflador y el viaje de buceo estaba ahorrado.

La opción que había solicitado no estaba disponible y se pusieron en contacto telefónico conmigo para explicarme el problema y ofrecerme otras opciones.
Doy 4☆ y no 5 porque a mi parecer tardaron un poco más de lo deseable en avisar. Finalmente el producto llegó un poco más tarde de lo esperado pero sin mayores problemas.
A pesar de todo, recomiendo esta tienda para comprar artículos de buceo de calidad.

I ordered multiple times from gidive. Always happy. Staff helpful and fast to reply to any emails, deliveries on time or even faster than expected.I higly recommend to anyone and will make sure everyone in my dive club knows about gidive.

Right product. Good service.

2 out of 2 buyings they had issues on delivery equipment. It was available on the website for buying but after then, I receive an e-mail saying that they don't have it in stock and I have to wait more than a month to receive the goods. One of them, I'm still waiting for receiving (3 months now and counting)
