My shipment has been stuck in a UPS warehouse in Barcelona for over 10 days due to, what I believe, poor labeling/shipping process.

13 Oct 2025 Update: As of today the shipment has still not moved from the UPS warehouse. I agree that I have made previous orders that had no issues with the shipping process, but saying that due to ordering items with batteries is the issue is absurd! As a seller of items that contain batteries, this should absolutely be a non-issue. I have had zero contact or replies since 9 October 2025 to my request for shipping via a different method or simply cancelling the order and refunding my substantial purchase that you are clearly unable to ship to me.

So buyer beware, even if you request shipping by a company other than UPS (as I did) you will not receive you order if any items contain even basic AA or equivalent lithium batteries. Additionally, be prepared to have to go through your payment company for a charge back because as I have experienced, they will not respond to your requests for cancelation/refund even if you order hasn't left the local UPS warehouse in close to a month.

Regardless of how this situation is resolved, I will post a final update and hopefully even get to review the products ordered.

Desagradables, irrespetuosos y carentes de atención al cliente. Además en ningún momento avisaron que no tenían stock. Simplemente aceptaron el pago y una vez yo les contacté es cuando me informaron que tardarían 3 semanas más de lo que indicaba en su página web cuando hice el pago.

Muy mal, ante un error al seleccionar un producto como era un latiguillo de inflador, que la longitud está en un desplegable gris claro que se aprecia con dificultad, la longitud por defecto era de 15cm, inadecuada para mí, y al solicitar la devolución antes de pedir la correcta, me remiten a una cláusula en la que tienen una serie de artículos que no es posible devolver, cuando yo no he tenido ese problema con otras tiendas en errores similares.
Es una tienda a la que acudí porque tiene un producto que otras no, y entiendo que hay gente intentando engañarlos, pero no es mi caso.
Me parece que dan un servicio muy deficiente por su parte, además de incumplir con mala fe la ley de desistimiento de compras por internet que cubre estos casos, ya que este producto no ha sufrido ninguna tara debido al envío, y se puede volver a vender, y ellos solo se protegen ante un envío por parte del cliente de uno ya usado, perjudicando a los clientes honestos.

Like other sellers, this website has frequently not in stock the articles you can however order and pay immediately... That could occur variable delays, that is very irritating.
Nevertheless, you can find there a large choice of equipment from numerous brands, and when available they ship pretty quickly.
The master word is patience, and don't wait to send a mail if you want to know exactly what about your order.
