Not impressed, cheap quality card, it felt awful and slow delivery. I will not be using again and would not recommend to friends. 👎🏻

Ordered a phone case, then received a refund via PayPal but no explanation or alternative by the company. Had no correspondence from Gift moments at all. Very poor customer service, actually no service at all.

First off the product was great. My issue is that despite entering my correct address on the order (I double checked to make sure) it was addressed to another house on my street on the postage label. Luckily the neighbour who took delivery managed to track me down after asking several people. Thanks to the neighbour the package found its way to us in the end.

Ordered a frame which arrived badly scratched I contacted Gift Moments who replied and sent a replacement almost immediately which I was so impressed with unfortunately this one also is scratched I have not decided yet what to do as I really do not want another one which could be the same. The frame is lovely too.

I ordered Dear Zoo skittles set for my grandaughter. Absolutely delighted . Great value for money. so much so I have ordered another for my grandson. Well packaged and a sturdy toy. Thank you Gift Moments
