Ordered four products that were available online only to receive two of the productsand a note saying the others were out of stock with no information as to when they would be available or if I would receive a refund. The two products I received were promptly delivered, perfect condition but the packaging they arived in was open. So far a mediocre service.

Easy to use website, the book came quicker than expected. And they didn't use Evri formally Hermes.

This is a great site. Easy to order, reasonable postage, good base price and very quick delivery. They clearly send it out right away.

It is one of the few UK sites which sell minis and it has a decent selection.

One of my selection of minis went out of stock between me ordering and them getting it from the warehouse. They immediately refunded it to me and told me which one it was very quickly when I sent a question in their contact me page.

All in all, good site, good customer service, 10 out of 10 will order again.

The speed of delivery was fantastic. But maybe take the price tag off rather than just cover them with a higher price.

Price was good and the first delivery attempt was within a week. However, no tracking information meant I had to reschedule the delivery with the courier after an attempted delivery which meant it arrived late.

Happy with the service, delivered very quickly with the perfect amount of communication.

Great price, reasonable delivery time during Christmas period but terrible noncommunication with customers emails, phone calls and submissions via their own website, which has to improve to gain 5 out of 5. But the price definately compensated the anxiety of not knowing if the price was too good to be true. Thankfully it was, so 4 out of 5. Well done 👏
