Horrundous experience..basically the person who attends the call or office in Gariahat branch..recently i rev6 a gift from USA in two intervals which were quite expensive according our currency..but received totally fungus chocolate and fruit quality like absolutely low ..flowers were ok ok..and some other things were just like bought from stock clearance it sell..my American friend got so disappointed..when he called they even didn't pick up the call..when I tried to talk..one very ill-mannered indecent male attend the call and asked me that whether I know the taste of chocolate or not..I feel this platform might have served good but now after didho est profit only.. specially it's very disappointing when becoz of such businessman india gets dishonored it criticized badly..shame on such people..I feel us guy will definitely avoid ..coz this man thought dollar payers are fools.

I placed a Valentine’s Day order as a surprise and specifically asked customer service if I could track the delivery so I would know the expected delivery time. Unfortunately, they did not provide any tracking details.

When the delivery was attempted, the recipient was asleep and did not answer the call. I completely understand that this was not the delivery person’s fault. In fact, the delivery driver was polite, professional, and genuinely tried to help resolve the situation with minimal inconvenience.

However, when I contacted customer service to request a reattempt the next day, I was told that the order would be marked as “delivered” regardless of whether the recipient actually received it. I was informed that if I wanted the item delivered again, I would need to place a new order and pay again. There was no option offered for a redelivery or refund.

I find this policy extremely disappointing. As a customer, I made a reasonable request for tracking information in advance, and when a genuine delivery issue occurred, there was no flexibility or effort from customer service to help resolve it fairly.

The delivery staff handled the situation professionally, but the customer support experience was very poor. I expected better service, especially for a special occasion order.

Excellent service. I have used Gufts to India for a number of years and find them very reliable.

Never ever order from them unless u want to spoiled someone birthday first of all never deliver on time second they deliver broken items and never take responsibility I wish I could leave 0 star . And items u been charged never delivered no idea where they disappeared when u ask they don’t believe keep saying it’s been delivered never received item lost money they stopped responding they messed up my nephew and niece birthday would never ever order again

I’ve had a fantastic experience with this company today, but thinking back in the past, the same applies. I hadn’t ordered for a while but this year for my wedding anniversary I needed to and only placed the order last night online.
I was updated a few hours later and the cake arrived fresh and on time , I was concerned the cake may get damaged in transit but the icing was untouched, arrived on time and apparently tasted delicious. Thanks for great service!

Extremely rude and unacceptable behavior from the vendor manager. I received a call from someone identifying himself as Soumen Roy, a vendor manager, who was abusive, ill-mannered, and even threatening—easily the worst customer interaction I’ve ever experienced.

Order ID: GTI2267622/2026: I had booked a gift on Jan 14 for delivery on Jan 19 through GiftstoIndia24x7, with full payment made in advance. The order status kept showing “Processed, will be delivered,” but customer care calls went unanswered and live chat was useless.

Although the gift was finally delivered around 8 pm, it was too late—the anniversary ceremony was already over. Very disappointing service, made worse by the shockingly rude behavior. I hope no other customer has to deal with this.

Great service! They are reliable, efficient and never disappoint!
The cakes and bouquets are also of great quality. Been using them for over a decade and never disappointed, unlike other companies.

Disappointing experience with GiftsToIndia24x7. Ordered a birthday gift for my daughters grandma's 70th birthday, but it didn't arrive on time. Customer support was unhelpful and blamed me for not confirming delivery time. Despite advance ordering and specific delivery date , they failed to deliver. Poor communication and service. Wouldn't recommend.

They delivered my order on time. Excellent customer service and great products with budget friendly options. I ordered red roses and a chocolate cake.

I was supposed to have a gift delivered for a child on the 24th September. GTI not only purchased it directly from Amazon but also had them delivered it. For some reason they tried in early August not the date we asked for, and then when we find out in September it wasnt actually delivered, despite the GTI website showing it as delivered they tell me Amazon will not help as it's been too long. I didn't buy it from Amazon so rightly told GTI to resend it or refund me. They have now stopped communicating. I would very strongly suggest you avoid shopping there as their customer service and care is really very poor indeed.

This company exceeded my expectations with their great delivery service. I'd surely choose them for my future gifting needs. The gifts were nicely packed and were delivered on time.

I ordered flowers for next day delivery and they didn’t have the flowers that I chose. They instead processed the order with alternative flowers. Obviously they informed me via email about the changes they made and due to the time restriction they processed the delivery. As requested they also sent me the photo of the flower arrangement before the delivery. I must say the flower arrangement was amazing and it was delivered on time for the occasion. A very happy customer 😊

Can I give a minus rating? They used to be AWESOME! I had ordered flowers for my sister in law who was due to give birth. Promised delivery on 15 August. I asked them a few times and they said YES all in order.
It is now 16th August, no flowers and no response.

Wish I could rate this scamming website in negative. It's a 100% SCAM. Please don't order anything from there. There will be no delivery. I got fooled by their Rakhi gift hamper scheme! Ordered on 4th Aug. Expected delivery on 9th Aug. Today is 13th Aug and still there's no delivery.

Extremely Disappointed – Missed Rakhi, Spoiled Sweets & No Accountability
I had ordered sweets along with rakhis, specifically to be delivered before 10th August, well in time for Raksha Bandhan. It’s now 14th August, and I have still not received the order.

I have been constantly messaging for updates, and every time I’m told the same vague excuse — that they are “taking strict action against their delivery partner.” This has been their response for the last three days, with no real update or resolution.

And now, shockingly, I’m told that “the sweets will be spoiled so ask the recipient to throw” — seriously? Then what exactly was the point of the order? The whole purpose of sending rakhis with sweets has been completely ruined. Raksha Bandhan is over, the rakhis were never delivered, and the sweets are now inedible. This is beyond disappointing — it's completely unprofessional.

I am demanding a full refund within one day, and proper compensation for this entire mess. A festive gift ruined, zero accountability, and now asking the recipient to throw the spoiled sweets? Unacceptable.
