THIEVES. This is a fraud business, not a florist.
They take ₹3,549, deliver rotting old flowers in cheap different wrapping, then hide behind a FAKE "80% similarity" policy when you complain.
No refund, no apology, phone number is dead. They even had the nerve to email me asking for a review.

I regret ordering a flower bouquet through this app. The price was excessively high, but the quality of the flowers delivered was extremely disappointing. The product was nowhere near worth the amount charged. Very poor value for money and a frustrating experience. I will never order from this app again.

First time I used Blooms Flora - smooth execution and saw photo of flowers delivered and these looked good. So pleased overall.

I ordered a mixed bouquet of around 40 roses for a special occasion for approximately ₹2,600. The flower quality was extremely poor. The roses were very small, most of the bouquet was filled with leaves, and all the flowers wilted within a day. After I posted a review, customer service contacted me and, after considerable back-and-forth, offered a coupon worth only 30% of the order value. When I tried to use the coupon a few weeks later, it didn't work. Despite spending more time with customer support, the issue was never resolved. Overall, a highly disappointing experience with both my money and time wasted.

The advertised image showed red roses in a reed basket. I specifically ordered this due to the basket being included in the arrangement. When the item arrived, though the flowers were nice enough, the basket turned out to be a plastic cup with a thin wire handle.

A last-minute order for a beautiful little girl was delivered with priority, and I truly appreciate the professional approach of BloomsFlora, Cochin. 🌸

I ordered flowers for my friends' birthday, and when she shared the picture of the delivery, of course not knowing what she should have received, I was shocked. The flowers looked pale, the additional white flowers to enhance the look were MISSING and the wrapping paper was so dull and drab. And I paid 1400 for this! Of course they will not agree to their mistake and you can continue to argue back and forth. But the point is the experience is spoilt forever, there is no going back on that. Horrible experience!

I have consistently been satisfied with their service, as the presentation has always been exceptional. My orders, which typically include flowers, chocolates, and cake, have consistently arrived fresh and beautifully arranged. I am particularly pleased that Blooms Flora has consistently brought joy to my parents.

To be honest I was sceptical as I was making this order from outside India. I must say they handled the order very professionally and the communication was excellent. Ashwin was in contact with me the whole time. Amazing employee. Keep it up Ashwin.
We did face a little bit of an issue as the flowers I wanted were not available but they provided a solution free of cost. So overall I cannot complain. Thank you guys for making the flower bouquet and cake. Both looked beautiful.

Not worth the price. Never buy. I have given one star for the on time delivery.I have ordered a flower bouquet, teddy and dry fruits for my friends birthday.Its delivered in time but the items were exactly different from the images given in the site. I have contacted them and they mentioned that "
We would also like to kindly mention that the images displayed on the website are for reference purposes. While the actual product may have slight variations in arrangement or presentation depending on availability" which totally unacceptable. It wasn't mentioned while ordering. I am totally disappointed. At least they could have mentioned it before placing the order. We are not buying it for a small rupees. It's totally disappointing that we gave to pay and not getting what they promised

I paid nearly 10,000 INR for 14 lilies for Mother’s Day, and what was delivered was absolutely unacceptable — wilted, foul-smelling flowers that looked nothing like a premium arrangement. i will try to attach a photo that speaks for itself and reflects a shocking lack of professionalism and quality control.

What’s even more disappointing is the complete absence of customer service afterward. Not only was I denied the full refund I believe was fully justified, but the company didn’t even offer a basic apology.

This experience completely ruined what was meant to be a special occasion. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
