This site is fraud in my experience, i orded flower for 1200 rupees as a gift for my siste birthday and still did not receive it. Your Order #1100135777 for reference.

It was really bad experience with them. Irresponsible people no manners how to talk to the clients. Really expensive and delivered cheap cake as compared to the phone as sent to as. Very bad experience. Please don't go with them. I ordered for midnight delivery and gave extra money for that and they delivered in the normal times as per there routine.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order and made the payment online, but the order was not delivered as promised and was eventually cancelled. I contacted customer support and requested a refund, but instead I was told that only a credit voucher would be issued. I do not want a credit voucher; I want my money refunded to my original payment method.

I have also emailed them regarding the refund, but I have not received any proper response or refund. Very poor customer service and communication. I would not recommend this website.

BEWARE – THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY FIRST

You have to make full payment in advance to place an order. They take your money immediately, but the product may not be delivered within the promised time.

When the delivery doesn't happen, you may find no proper response on phone or WhatsApp. After repeated calls, messages and emails, they may finally respond saying that the order is cancelled and a credit voucher will be issued.

They keep your money and offer a credit voucher instead of returning it to your original payment method, leaving your money stuck with them and forcing you to use their service again if you want to use that credit.

Be extremely careful before placing an order and making advance payment. Once they have your money, getting an actual refund may become very difficult.

Check their refund policy and customer reviews carefully before paying.

I had ordered a flower. It is fake. I lost my 2400Rs. Don't order any one.

This is the worst experience I’ve had with any cake and flower delivery. I ordered a flower basket with white Lillie’s and roses which looked very pretty in the image and the actual flowers they delivered were so soooool horrid, could’ve found better ones from the road. The delivery time was also hours after it was said it would be delivered and the attitude of the customer service was a total 180 after I paid for the order and then later, no response at all. Would not order again.

Never ever try this site. This is a perfect example of scamming. They are responsive till the second you make the payment, and then no one will pick your call, or send you any response.

I specifically requested that the order be delivered at 11:59 PM on 19th August to the mentioned location. Unfortunately, the order was not delivered as promised.

I had been following up with your team throughout the day and received multiple messages from you while placing the order. However, after the payment was completed, the communication and service were completely different.

I honestly feel extremely disappointed and let down. This was not just an ordinary order for me—it was meant to be a very special moment for my wife, on her first birthday after we met. I trusted your company to help me make that moment memorable, but instead, your failure to keep the promised delivery has caused me immense emotional distress and ruined something that cannot simply be replaced or repeated.

I would like to understand:

* Why was my order not delivered despite the confirmed delivery time?

* Why was I not properly informed about the delay or failure to deliver?

* Why were promises made during the ordering process that your team could not fulfil?

* What responsibility is your company taking for ruining such an important occasion?

I am not looking for a generic apology. I want a clear explanation of what went wrong and what action you are willing to take to address this failure.

Please treat this as a serious complaint and provide me with a proper response and resolution at the earliest.

I am extremely disappointed with the customer service and overall communication.
From the beginning, there was a lack of transparency regarding the total payment. After my order was already confirmed and the payment process was completed, I was later contacted by email and asked to pay an additional delivery charge on the basis that the location was considered “out of town.” However, the delivery location was within the area mentioned by the company, so this additional charge should have been clearly communicated before confirming the order and taking payment.
What is even more disappointing is the way the customer service team handled the situation. Communication through WhatsApp was extremely slow, responses were delayed, phone calls were not answered, and the tone of some WhatsApp messages was rude and unprofessional. Basic courtesy and respectful communication should be a minimum when dealing with customers.
There was no proper explanation of the additional charge at the time of ordering, and the lack of transparency only became clear after the order was placed. Customers should be informed of all applicable charges upfront rather than being asked for unexpected additional payments later.
Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this company. I strongly suggest that they improve their payment transparency, customer service response time, WhatsApp communication, and basic professional etiquette when dealing with customers.

My flower gift is anAbsolutely irresponsible and unprofessional service. I placed an order and received no proper response or communication. The very next day, instead of taking responsibility, they put the blame on the customer. After that, they stopped answering calls and ignored messages.

This was a complete waste of my **money, time, and effort**. There was no professionalism or accountability whatsoever. **Also, do not be misled by the testimonials on their website—they are all fake.

This is a fake service. They take the payment but do not deliver the order. Later, they say that the location is out of town.

I had already shared my address with them before making the payment. They confirmed that the delivery would be possible, so I made the payment. But they did not deliver anything.

Please be careful and stay alert to such online fraud.

Very bad service after payment they will not update at all .......my delivery time was 10-12 now its 6 still not delivered ... this is my 2nd bad experience with them

Horrible Company !!!
I used there service three times. Every time I paid extra for fixed time slot delivery but never on time. Useless customer support, no reply on phone, no reply to emails. NRIs SHOULD USE GIFTS TO INDIA COMPANY, THEY ARE VERY GOOD AND RELIABLE. I will never use them again..

Initial communication were prompt, My order was not delivered within the promised timeframe, and my subsequent inquiries regarding the delay were ignored.
When the order finally arrived, I was provided with a low-quality local cake that was completely different from what I had paid for. Fraud people

They are fraud . Till we make payment they responded . Post that no updates no response and no delivery.

Cheaters, Scammers, Abusers.
Paid 2094 rs for a 1 Kg Cake for my Mom Birthday. Heart shape cake Sugarless. 11.30 PM they took order in a whatsapp.. I paid the money. waited they said last min request we will deliver in another 1 hrs. Waited no messages, mobile switched off.. Next day afternoon I got a whatsapp message saying Cake fallen down due to small accident. I said Ok not a issue take care deliver in the evening. Evening cake delivered but recieved Round shape. immediately I informed no response. I Paid additional money for Heart shape. When I asked for it no response, daily I used to send Hi no response and then I mentioned going to made a complaint.. that's all Abuser at their end started texting me Shameless, Bloody Beggar And few Bad words. I asked for the refund I paid additional for Heart Shape. Not even asked for Late delivery which never happened. liers..There is no such accident happened. please do not buy. Eaten my money and abusing me. It's better you guys do a pimp job and lead your life. Not to scam. no respect for a customer. do not order anything. Scum bags.

1. I am very disappointed with my recent order. Although I paid the delivery charges, the birthday gift was not delivered on time. This was particularly concerning because the gift was intended for a birthday and was supposed to be a surprise.
2. Special message Card is not included in the gift.
3. I had requested to replace the normal teddy bear with teddy bear with heart which your team had accepted.( Not Fulfilled)

The delayed delivery completely affected the purpose of the order and caused significant disappointment.

I ordered a plant and chocolate for my special friend and was expecting it to be a surprise. They did not deliver and did not even notify us that they couldn't deliver. I had to ask her about this and was embarrassed. I asked for a refund and gave me a credit note. I booked another one and they asked for a separate delivery charge which is not included in credit note. It should be as this wasn't our error. It is now 2 years and not resolved yet and my money is still with these frauds. Such a spam website and never trying this again and would not refer even for slightest.
