I ordered a plant and chocolate for my special friend and was expecting it to be a surprise. They did not deliver and did not even notify us that they couldn't deliver. I had to ask her about this and was embarrassed. I asked for a refund and gave me a credit note. I booked another one and they asked for a separate delivery charge which is not included in credit note. It should be as this wasn't our error. It is now 2 years and not resolved yet and my money is still with these frauds. Such a spam website and never trying this again and would not refer even for slightest.

They are not picking up our calls. They took money from us and not delivering our items.
Please report them to the police.

Very bad online service and experience
This site and the company should be SHUT .
The lady simply disconnected the call instead of hearing me out .
The orchids flowers were replaced with some roses and daisy !!!

Wish I could give ZERO star. Ordered 40 roses for a very special young lady who was celebrating her 40 th birthday in India. Only 28 roses were received. When asked them for explanation, implied that I am making it up and 40 were sent. When I persisted, asked us to send them video and promised that they will send it again if it is true. Has been a week , but no one is responding to my messages. I am only asking for remaining 12 roses which are owed to me. They cheat customers like that. Shameful behaviour. Every one should boycott them

SCAM website. They are scammers. I dont understand how a company and the people behind it are still operating even after so many reviews. What a sad state of the country.

Worst online flower delivery experience I have ever had.
I placed Order #1100133755 on 16 July 2026 for delivery on 17 July 2026. The order included a cake, a bouquet of 30 roses, and a greeting card for my wife, who was staying at a hotel for only two days. The delivery was extremely time-sensitive.

Before placing the order, I was assured that it would be delivered as early as possible. However, when I called on the delivery day, a female customer service representative was rude and simply told me the order was "under process" and that I should email if I had any concerns.
From that point onwards, my emails, WhatsApp messages, and phone calls were ignored. There was virtually no way to contact anyone or get an update.

The cake was delivered, but the bouquet and greeting card, which I had paid for, were never delivered. I was not provided with any delivery photographs or confirmation, despite requesting them.

I even emailed them asking for a refund for the undelivered bouquet and card via GPay, but received no response whatsoever.

This completely ruined what was meant to be a special surprise for my wife. I have ordered flowers and cakes online many times from other companies and have never experienced such poor customer service or lack of communication.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend My Flower Gift. I paid for products that were not fully delivered and was left without any meaningful customer support or resolution. If you're looking for a reliable service for an important occasion, I strongly suggest choosing another provider

They are surviving on people's money...they don't have any shy to take money free and will send auto mails for tracking...no response for calls or via whatsapp...number ring but no response...I can say overall theya re cheaters fraud people

very bad! Prices are too high for the quality they provide, a totally different or cheap product from the ordered product, and they don't accept that they have provided wrong or bad quality, as compared to the cost they have charged

I ordered a gift worth ₹3193 from My Flower Gifts. However, the product I received was completely different from what was shown on the website. The delivered item appeared to be worth only around ₹1208, which is much lower than the amount I paid. I feel I was misled and overcharged by approximately ₹2000. The quality was poor and did not match the product description or images on the website. This was a very disappointing experience. I request a full refund and advise others to be careful before ordering from this website.

“My Flower Gift” has flawless branding, but a completely broken service model. My sister paid a premium (nearly 3x the standard cost) to surprise me with a cake for a special occasion.
Not only did the cake never arrive, causing massive panic during our event, but their customer service was shockingly hostile. After ignoring our urgent calls, texts, and website inquiries, a representative finally answered only to shout at us and hang up when we asked about our missing order.
High prices should mean high quality, not paid packages that never arrive and abusive staff. See order details attached.

On 12/07/2026 I placed an order of Rs.3995 for flower bouquet from My Flower Gift at its official website. The promised to deliver the product on the same day between 10-11pm..but failed to do so & informed me via mail that they will deliver on the next day that is 13/07/2026 for which I agreed & waited whole day again by the evening I was informed via mail that they are unable to deliver, can the same again on next day. For which I disagreed & asked them to cancel the order & refund the amount. But they said they can't refund & cancelled the order & informed me that they will raise credit note. Inspite of default from their side the continuously message that they will raise credit note only as refund amount is not their policy which I came to know after placing order & cancelling the same. They were not answering any call of mine ( inspite of 4 no. Mentioned in the website, order sheet, whatsapp no), this in a way they just harassed me. Lastly forcefully I had to again continue with the order for today that is 14/07/2026. By around 12.30 noon I received the order which was totally disappointing. I received a low quality flower, software toy , totally received different product which was available in the website,not at all happy with the product received. I felt like I was totally being fraud by the company with low quality product with high price which was around 3-4 times of the costing.

I have paid, then no delivery, no response to my calls, emails, WhatsApp chats, and in live chat.

Lost the money. Seems to be a scam.

I am very disappointed with the order I received from your company. This hamper was very special to me, but unfortunately it was delivered in poor condition.
The packaging was not done properly, and the hamper did not meet the quality I expected. In addition, the greeting card was missing, and the custom photo card for which I was charged ₹500 was also not included in the hamper.
I request you to look into this matter immediately and arrange to send the missing custom photo card and greeting card as soon as possible. I also urge you to improve your packaging and delivery standards so that other customers do not face the same experience.
I expected a beautiful and memorable hamper from your brand, but what was delivered was far below acceptable standards. This has been very disappointing.
I look forward to your prompt response and an appropriate resolution.

It’s fake website Don't place the order on this website, they are not going to deliver or they are going to take a call , another lesson learned we should not user the AI suggested websites.

My experience is very bad with them. During order till until payment I got information through what's app. After order no what's app only through mail. They didn't provide my order item instead they provide different item and customer care was very rude behavior. Even not answering phone. Not to recommend to any one. I want to give a big Zero for items and customer care.
