I ordered a bouquet of flowers and a box of chocolate for my parents back in India but they received cake that look so plain and chocolate. And that bouquet was a surprise for my mom’s birthday. Tried to contact the customer care but no reply. Please don’t use this service.

booked 10 days prior, but exactly few hours before delivery sending a mail asking for 300rs extra.
they refuse to give a refund, very rude and worst type of people

I ordered flower gift to mu nephew on his wedding. They didn't deliver it, on this account I sent enumoures mail to them. Neither they reply on my mail or made refund. Fraud business. Don't be a pray on this.

Scam, scam scam.. Dont order., they take the money and never delivers. Please be careful.

Unprofessional behavior. If there were an option to give a negative rating, I would. This team spoiled an entire event. Never ever buy anything from them. Money lost and respect in the family lost.

I ordered a birthday cake to surprise my son while I was on a business trip in the UAE.

When I visited the website, the sales team immediately contacted me through the chat box and guided me through various birthday combos and cake options. They assured me that the cake would be delivered on 24 June between 23:00 and 23:59 hrs and charged an additional INR 250 for the midnight delivery. The total amount paid was INR 2,065.

Unfortunately, the cake was never delivered.

I attempted to contact the phone numbers provided on their website (+91 8217836240) and in the order confirmation (+91 9886722619), but there was no response. When I reached out through the website chat and WhatsApp, I was repeatedly advised to contact their support team via email.

Following their instructions, I emailed the support team at 23:40 hrs (IST) on the same night, but I have not received any response to date.

Before posting this review, I again contacted their chat support, only to receive the same automated response directing me to the support team.

I would advise others to be cautious and not be misled by the sweet promises made by the MyFlowerGift sales team. The company appears to have little regard for the emotions and special moments of customers who trust them to deliver gifts for their loved ones. My son's birthday surprise was completely ruined due to their failure to deliver the order and their lack of customer support.

we have order the birth day gift to deliver in Chengalpattu - Medical college student . The Gift materials delivered with partial quantity ( we ordered for Rs 7500 but delivered for Max Rs 3000) . when we asked customer support , they are replying with vague and irresponsible answers. really they are cheating the genuine customers.

Please beware of this fraudulent company. They never deliver orders on time, and their customer service is extremely poor. It’s disappointing that they continue operating while ruining people’s special occasions and causing unnecessary stress. I honestly cannot understand how a business can survive while treating customers this waY

They are not returning my money back and not responding

After complaining regarding a bunch of flowers for my birthday which were way below the standard expected , their reponse was really good sent a beautiful replacement bouquet and partial refund

I booked a cake through their online app and it cost 1519 but the price of the cake delivered to my home was 375 they were cheating me I have never seen such a rotten cake in my life.When I asked them about it after delivery, they told me something else and later I realized that they were cheating me and I have all the proof.

Very disappointed. I ordered a heart-shaped Red Velvet Cheesecake with a custom message, but received a circular cake with no message written on it. The flower bouquet was also very poor and did not meet expectations. Customer service was very bad, and I would not recommend this service.

Don't be fooled by the enticing pictures of cakes and flower bouquets displayed on their website. While they promise early delivery when taking your order, their service completely changes once the payment is made.

My cake appeared to be sourced from a local baker rather than matching what was advertised, and the flower bouquet was not delivered in the basket as ordered. The final products looked nothing like the expectations they created.

The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and failure to deliver what was promised made this a very disappointing experience. I will certainly not be making the same mistake again and would not recommend this service to others.

I also ordered, before placing order the support team was proactive but once payment done and asking for order status, no one responding.

Call not reachable, intentionally not responding in whatsapp and gmail.

Its a big scam , please be careful. It waste my day, time and money. Before ordering I could have read these ratings.

Making fraudulent work,not delivering & responding after payment

I wouldn't even give 1 star for this organization. Very unprofessional. They promised a delivery timeline & missed it. After taking the order, i received a call from the delivery company that they don't to my location. When I called to inquire, they hung up the call abruptly. I Wouldn't recommend this service at all.
