Timely delivery, excellent quality of flowers and cake
I was worried about sending flowers and a cake to my mother-in-law who lives in a smaller town in India (as I live overseas) but I am very pleased with BloomsFlora and their service. The flowers (mixed roses) they delivered were beautiful, and the cake was apparently tasty. I've used many different websites, most of which disappointed me with either timely delivery or quality. But BloomsFlora was the best one we have used so far.
Strongly recommend them! (They're not cheap but you get what you pay for)

I ordered flowers and mixed nuts on 07/25/25 to be delivered on 7/27/25 to a friend in Kolkata.
The flowers were beautiful and fresh but, on opening the mixed nuts it was found to be soft and stale.
It put a damp spirit on her birthday and I thought that the company should know of this problem.

The quality and freshness of the flowers was great. most other florists have often supplied fewer flowers than shown in the picture on website, and the quality isn't very great either. But BloomsFlora have broken that myth. Very satisfied and happy with their product and service. It's very reassuring to hear people liked the item and does justice to the price paid for it. I had a very positive experience. I placed the order from Germany to India on Monday late afternoon and my friend got the beautiful bouquet the next day before noon, CET time.
They even called me to make sure that the address and phone number were correct.

I placed an order yesterday from Canada…
I placed an order yesterday from Canada on Mother’s day.
These people delivered the stale and wilty flowers at my home and they destroyed my whole occasion and special day.
When I put complaint, they did not refunded my money nor they provided any alternative solution. Instead the customer care is telling me to put the flowers in water.
I will never place an order again from this website.

Since I do not have place to reply you back on your comment, so I thought to write here, the pictures of the flowers are clearly stating that they are stale. Here is no attachment option so I cannot add a picture for review for you guys. This company is fraudulent, highly money marketing, does not care about quality they are delivering and you can see how false comments they are putting about pictures. Never buy anything from bloomsflora india. Also as you mentioned -(If you have any further concerns or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to help). I asked for refund but you guys denied clearly.
