Major issue resolved by good worker
There was a major leake in the bathroom that caused my ceiling to collapse and after contacting the housing agency multiple times they did not treat it it as a priority. It was causing mould downstairs and the temporary fix (which was just tarpaulin over the massive hole in the ceiling below the bathroom started to leake.
About 2 months later finally they sent people over. A very kind gentleman called Gavin French had explained that upstairs had to be sorted first and then downstairs after.
He willfully stayed extra hours to get all of the necessary work done on both floors by replacing the bathroom tiling AND treating the mould. Honestly if it wasn't for his kindness and patience I would have sued on the spot.
Well done for selecting the best candidate for the job, he saved you guys for real. All 5 starts are for his service.

Patryk was just the best electrician ever
After 5 different plumbers and electricians and us still not having hot water for well over week Patryk came and that was a life changing experience! He listened to me explaining the problem, understood what he needed to check and do and finally fixed the problem!!! He was so helpful, professional and took his time to complete all the necessary work. He also explained everything to me and even hoovered after himself which I have never experienced before. I have had many workmen in our property over the years and by far Patryk was the best. He deserves full 5 stars and more. If I ever need any more work done I only want him as all the others have been totally useless and trying to just do quick fixes or nothing at all. Patryk was a true star - he did such thorough work. He changed our timer, wires that had burnt (no doubt someone had again done a quick fix and a cowboy job), fixed a fuse that again someone had put a wrong one in and after all that we finally can live normal lives with hot water. Thank you ever so much for being such a great and robust professional.

Leak fixed
I’m a leaseholder in a block of flats that Gilmartins are the facilities maintenance firm.
We had a leak in our above neighbours and although other engineers had been out and not rectified the issue. We had Haitham come and found the issue within minutes and fixed the issue and showed us what was wrong and why it happened. His attention to detail was second to none and is clearly very good at what he does and does beg the question why the other engineers hadn’t spotted it before. Maybe Haitham should be training some of the others.
