No problems ordering and receiving the goods, and the coffee was nice. However the coffee pods themselves are hard work. Very difficult for my machine (Krups U with Milk) to puncture the holes and I just ended up with lots of plain water in the tray. I don't know what the problem is as the original pods work fine as as do the compatible ones from a well known German supermarket.

The rim of the capsules is quite thick
The rim of the capsules is quite thick. My adaptor for my coffee machine struggles to pierce the foil lids, and I either waste endless amounts of capsules, or pierce the foil with a knife and hope to get a decent brew.

A great company to deal with
I ordered one pack of these and there was delivery problem. It was sorted out immediately and the next pack appeared in perfect condition.
We love the coffee and have just bought 200 more pods!
If a problem is sorted out that quickly, then this is a great company to deal with.

flavour change, yuck
i have been buying the columbia pods for several months from woolworths in australia and they were my favourite coffee. for some reason the flavour has changed and they are disgusting and undrinkable, i thought it may have been dish detergent residue in my cup. 4 packets in the bin! YUCK!
