O comprato 2 confezioni di caffè in cialde da 50 cialde all Eurospin il caffè è acquoso sembra orzo e poi le cialde invece di essere 7 grammi come e scritto nella confezione sono di 6 grammi o mandato una mail ma non o ricevuto nessuna risposta pessima esperienza soldi buttati

I’ve been using Gimoka coffee for some time now. I’ve been a long time user of Nespresso coffee but found their customer service and prices terrible.
Gimoka coffee is really good quality with choice of coffee strength and realistic prices. In fact amazing prices
Customer service is second to none!
This is definitely my go to coffee choice.

Un caffè dal sapore pessimo e, considerato che un lotto è stato ritirato su iniziativa del Ministero Salute per presenza di ocratossina, l’ho gettato, meglio non rischiare, ed ho acquistato un caffè di uno dei marchi dotati di certificazioni di qualità

Dopo aver degustato le diverse miscele in formato da chilo in grani, in ultimo la miscela "Gusto Ricco" ,la mia opinione è non è positiva,poiché sembra ossidare molto velocemente pur conservando correttamente nella confezione originale e ben chiusa, diventando quasi imbevibile,di conseguenza non posso oltre che evitare in futuro l'acquisto,mi sento di sconsigliare anche ad altri il consumo di un caffè di qualità pessima.

Ho acquistato diversi tipi di caffè in cialde. Gruppo gimoka spa tutto ok. Tutto ottimo. Tranne due marche di caffè (che sa di muffa! ) Caffè Mauro e caffè de roccis . Imbevibile!

Da molto tempo uso cialde gimoka compatibile con nespresso dolce gusto ma ultimamente molte cialde risultano essere salate sembrerebbe fossero fatte con fondi di caffè, praticamente INBEVIBILI a malincuore dovrò rivolgermi ad altri fornitori

i bought the aroma classico and it's 10 intensity ..big mistake. First, it smelled like green coffee off the bag and had zero aroma when brewed in fact the smell when brewed was so awful. I'm scared to drink it so I'm just going to throw it away. And yes it tastes like starch. Horrible coffee

I have been using Gimoka coffee for many years, I buy it from Tk Maxx stores, but I decided to order directly from the website, but unfortunately the coffee I received is moldy, has a strange taste and smell, which does not seem normal to me , I had to throw it away. I ordered 6 bags of 1 kg each.
I sent an email and reported the problem, but the only solution was to offer me a free coffee package with my next order, they really think I would ever order from their site again.

Cappuccino pods. Nice flavour but instantly went flat

Suitable for Nespresso machine . So you can save money. There is different types of coffee, strongest or light.
They work pretty well, quality coffee is good but the pistacchio ones are a bit disappointing, the rest of the capsules are fine .

Don't trust this company/seller, the Pods advertised and I bought, saying they fitted Nespresso Machines DON'T, now where near.

I've sent them back but no refund, Mr John Blue is ignoring my return and refund requests. That's if his name is John Blue.

I purchased their pods through amazon. Coffee is OK but what about recycling?? PodBack will not accept them and customer service will not reply to emails or FB messages!!

On my second box for a Nespresso machine and it's been all good so far. Fairly rapid delivery with postal updates and the coffee has been consistently good and very tasty.

I've ordered a much bigger supply this time and it has arrived within a couple of days so pretty happy with it.

Dolce Gusto compatible capsules bought via Ebay.Delivery was quick and the cofee itself was good and strong.The price would have been reasonable if the capsules had been reliable.However,about 20% of the capsules were faulty and caused minor floods from the machine.Therefore the capsules were not as economical as first thought.Shame because the coffee itself was good from the capsules which did work.

I've been using Gimoka for over a year now to buy their bags of coffee beans. Really cost effective even compared with cheap supermarkets, and a discount usually pops up reguarly enough. The coffee beans have never clogged up the machine or been 'gritty' in any way. The large bags mean I can mix my own blend of beans in the coffee machine. Can't speak to their pods, but if you like proper coffee from a bean to cup machine, I recommend them.

Ordered coffee pods one month ago. Payment was taken and an email confirmation sent to me but since then nothing. The order hasn't arrived, they are not responding to emails and the phone rings once then goes to a strange tone for a few rings before being cut off. I would give them zero stars but that isn't an option. Do not use this company.

Avoid - buy somewhere else.

The pods are supposed to be compatible with Nespresso machines, they are not. The foil does not pierce properly and at best you get a small dribble and then the machine stops. Complete waste of money, more than 50% of the pods didn’t work and ended in the bin!
