Ginger6 Computers Reviews

Well-built PC which works perfectly (after some minor driver issues which were fairly easily resolved). Arrived in under a week in great condition.

Ordered from them 2 weeks ago, so far everything runs smooth and no issues, they were very helpful when I give them a call too. And the packaging was very secure in the box, another great thing.

Great Service. Quick delivery and quick communication.

That the owner had that personal touch, giving a telephone call to make sure that the company met our requirements. The owner even made some recommendations that actually reduce the final price I would highly recommend as they go the extra mile.

I'm more of a software guy, not hardware.. so I used an A.I. to build a spec for a gaming PC based on my requirements and to give me some recommended UK retailers based on 1. Reviews and 2. price. Ginger6 was number one. Website was simple and easy to use, as was ordering process. System built & shipped on schedule. PC arrived safely and well packaged, ready to go straight out of the box. No problems whatsoever, no stress / hassles and I've got a great looking (and performing) PC. Many thanks, would recommend to everyone.

Speedy delivery! Great quality and I'm now able to play modern games I wasn't able to before. I'm very pleased and will be using them again if I need anything.

Great pc arrived on time,I would definitely recommend.

The website was easy to follow and I liked it's encouragement to contact them for any help. I chose to build my computer - for home and office use - and found a good range of components to choose from. Once I had made my choice a phone call to Kevin set my mind at rest that I hadn't chosen anything that didn't match. Ordering online was straightforward - I ordered on a Monday and received a message the following Friday that it was ready for delivery. It arrived the next day (Saturday), at the time they said, well-packaged and carefully handled by the courier. Set up was fairly easy. The only problem I had was attaching dual monitors to the box (only one HDMI slot), but a phone call to Kevin helped me solve this.
Even though I've been buying computers for 30 years It's still a bit unnerving to get a new one. This is the first time I've bought from Ginger6 and I have to say it they are probably the best organised of all companies I've dealt with. I've been very satisfied and would recommend Ginger6 to anybody.

I needed a new PC for general home use, but looking at the specifications of off-the-shelf models, realised that my understanding of them was both lacking and outdated. Enter Kevin at Ginger6, with whom I spoke by phone for a good while. With his expert knowledge of both hardware and software he was able to talk me through the various options for a bespoke model to my exact requirements, including future-proofing, all for a most competitive price.
With new-found knowledge of my baseline specs, had I then gone back to “high street” models, I would have had to pay over the odds to get a lot of other, higher specs that I would never need.
After receipt of my Ginger6 PC (free delivery) it was nice to able to get Kevin’s advice immediately on recommended software settings when setting it up, and I am very pleased with it. Overall, the whole process of choosing and buying a new PC was much simplified, courtesy of Ginger6, who will be my first choice for any future purchases.

PC ordered on Friday available to collect Tuesday, excellent service no issues at all, with competitive pricing.

The computer is better than I expected, which was a significant achievement—there's no way to buy a similar computer at any store at this price anywhere.

Customer service and professionalism service

Fantastic PC for Flight Sim at a great price.

Support with actual 'real' people at the end of a phoneline if needed. Very rare these days. Great quality built and priced machines. Highly recommended.

Super helpful, super fast, all round excellent 👌🏻.

technical follow up expertise

There was some slight bent-in damage to the HDMI port but easliy straightened with a screw driver. Every thing worked well so I didn't need to ask for help. Getting used to Windows 11. This is sent from it. I would use the company again and certainly recommend Ginger6.

Really easy to order wht i needed runs like clockwork !

Kevin's help with the specification saved me a lot of research and time, and I am very happy with the resulting machine. It appears to be well built, and worked fine straight out of the box.

Helped with the design, build time was quick.
